Updates to follow but quite interesting start
I tried to amend my previous comment but unable to do so. Justin rang me back today (12 Sep) and finally been able to get access after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Actually I was glad to speak to him in person as he advised me about the scanning element. This I have found very interesting as it has shown that two of the fish products I buy are not good for me and recommended alternatives. I have Emailed the customer service team to ascertain if they can provide me with a reason as I am speechless
The jury is now out on this product but if it can stop the constant itching then I will be amending this from 4 to 5 stars. It may have been difficult to get my access working but now it has, I am going to be scanning everything going forward. will update after a week or so
Great Customer Service, Promising Concept, but Mixed Results
I initially purchased the express kit from Holland & Barrett but, unfortunately, didn’t receive results on two separate occasions. However, their customer service was quick to resolve the issue, and I received a full refund both times. Despite the initial hiccups, Justin from DnaNudge reached out and offered me a £200 value package free of charge as compensation.
The process of using the new test kit was smooth and hassle-free—from receiving the kit to sending it back, everything was quick and efficient. I received my DNA-based results in just a few days.
While I appreciate the concept behind the product and found the results interesting, some of the information didn’t align with my personal experience. Although the results may reflect potential risks in my DNA, they didn't fully match what I’ve experienced in real life. I believe as the company continues to grow and expands its database with new research, the accuracy of the results will likely improve.
Overall, I was impressed by DnaNudge's excellent customer service and the innovative idea behind the product. However, my feelings on the actual results were mixed. With time, I’m hopeful the product will become more accurate and insightful.
Absolute Disaster
I am still struggling to get my results after a month. The App is very USER Unfriendly and to be honest nothing has gone smoothly.
After reading the comments on here I wish I had never ever gone into Holland and Barrett on that day. H&B were advertising this and at the time, I thought i would be good as my skin has been so bad.
The stress that this has caused me with back and forth Emails means I will never trust H&B again with anything they advertise
07/09/24 - DNA Nudge have advised that they will call me during the coming week

Really poor quality product
Really poor quality product. The results are not really tailored and don’t tell you quantitive results. The app is very basic and most products are no available int he database. Absolute waste of money.

A really poor product
It's a really poor product. There are very few genetic insights and barely any products are in their database. Massive waste of money.
Useless and scientifically questionable…
Useless and scientifically questionable product with very little support. Half of the items are not in the database and won't be added. Lacks truly actionable insights one doesn't get from common sense diet. The company has a going concern and unlikely to be around in the next couple of years
Going out of business
Recently close their covent garden offices and reduced their hours for the westminster hospital store. When i visited at 3pm they had a sign saying closed until 2pm. Useless do not use they are going out of business
