Easy to know when it's comes and the product is covered well.

Really happy overall with my shopping experience with DNM Lab.

The item arrived the following day after ordering which I was very pleasantly surprised about. The item did have a few defects with the stitching, however, the the service & turnaround I received after reaching out to customer services was outstanding. I emailed the company & had a response within 24 hours, again really impressed by this. Sarah was the very friendly & helpful associate I dealt with, she arranged for a replacement pair of Jeans to be sent out, this was a Friday & I still received the replacement goods the following day on the Saturday so again, really impressed by how efficient and easy the whole process was. I was very grateful that I didn't have to arrange an exchange as this can sometimes be difficult working full time, so I do appreciate the offer of sending out the replacement for me without any further intervention from myself.

The replacement pair which arrived was top quality so overall, I am very happy with my goods & the service I received, I will certainly be making future purchases with DMN Lab as their products to me do stand out compared to a lot of other online streetwear brands which was why I made my initial purchase in the first place.

I would recommend this company highly.

the quality of your jeans is good, 100% perfect, but your customer service is 0%, your contact us is nothing to write home about, never ever get a response from which ever team is in charge of the contact us service

There was a small discrepancy with my order, nothing major, but wrote to DNM LAB to inform them. Sarah dealt with my query in a brilliant way - sending a replacement item next day along with some comp merch. A great example of brilliant customer service. as such, I ordered some more jeans (which are of great quality) and the postage was comp. THNAK YOU!

Jeans bought were of a much lower quality than how they seemed to appear on images on the site, the quality of the jeans was actually more comparable to something from Boohooman (wherein the clothes are usually way cheaper, often discounted and hence lower quality) but these guys are selling each of these jeans for £50 definatley not worth it at that price. They also looked significantly different to the images on the site, the jeans on the photos had a different colour wash and lots more distress threads.
To add insult to injury, they make you pay £5 minimum for shipping and do not offer free returns, you will have to pay to send back any returns and thats going to cost you another £5+ because you're going to have send it back tracked to guarantee you get refunded. And the case that you will need to return is very high since their sizing is a mess. Every pair of jeans I own is a size 30, yet their size 30 waists are loose. After recieving the loose fitting size 30 I foolishly made a second order and ordered a size 28, alongside another pair that looked attractive on the site but appeared to look much worse in reality, the waist fit this time but a new problem occured, the leg holes were too narrow so my feet got stuck trying to get my legs through and when trying to get them off.
I explained my issues to their customer services via email but they refused to ackowledge fault with the jeans because apparently they are their highest selling line and theres no way there could be an inssue with them, also they refused to provide return postage costs either.
All in all I am now £10+ out of pocket just for shipping. Receiving and sending back these items has been an expensive mistake for trying out clothes from an unknown brand. I had to spend £10+ just to try out and check if some jean fit. An asolute joke of a company, using false advertsing to get sales.

I Ordered 2 jeans 1 off the Jeans zip broke and the others Stitches were comin out.

The jeans fitted nicely and has a nice colour. Really impressed

The jeans were delivered very quickly, and when one pair were not what I was expecting the refund was issued, no quibbles.

Had an issue with a pair of jeans that I bought from DNM Lab, emailed them to explain and was offered a replacement jeans and a t-shirt as an extra.
Its rare you get fantastic customer service like this nowadays, hence leaving a 5* review. Thank you.

Item supposed to be on next day delivery, ordered on Wednesday and it did not get posted until the following day. My son ordered to wear for his 18th birthday on Sunday and has plans the Saturday, item sent via DPD who claim their usual nonsense of “no access” when me and my son were in ALL day. Have logged a complaint with DPD but in general avoid companies that use DPD and this was not next day delivery service. Tried calling DNM LAB but no one answers

I had to return some jeans after they were too small and the help I received was immaculate! It was made so easy for me so I really appreciated it.

Very nice jeans trendy and fits well. Delivery was very quick.

Quick delivery, however rips appear different in colour as my rips are white the ones in the picture have a more brown tone to them and are much more ripped.

Great company and quality clothes. Have ordered hoodies joggers and many jeans,so many good styles. The Helsinki jeans are easily the best pair I’ve ever owned. Top company couldn’t recommend more

After seeing DNM LAB on social media and needing new denim, I thought I would give them a try and I'm so glad I did. After placing my order one day, it arrived the next. And what great denim, the jeans are so comfortable, great quality and fit me like a glove, and such a great price too, I'm definitely going to be ordering more soon! Thank you DNM LAB! 🙌🏻

I have found DNM LAB's customer service to be second to none. I purchased two hoodies and two jogging bottoms from their site. I received a package from the next day, which only included one hoodie and one jogging bottom. I contacted them straight away and soon received a reply apologising, explaining it had been an error on their part and that the other ordered items would be with me the following day. True to their word, the missing items arrived today with a few extras by way of apology. Their approach to the customer journey and looking after their customer when mistakes happen is inspiring. I wish many other retailers were this good. To top it off - the quality and fit of the items is excellent. I will be a regular returning customer. Thank you.
