Great no problem, made it a four star review and not a five because the prices have gone up on my favourite Nano glass bottles. Otherwise it would be a five star review.

I purchased 4 kits of Chardonnay wine…
I purchased 4 kits of Chardonnay wine but received 4 kits of Bianco Classico which is not acceptable being lower SG and lower price. I completed the RMA request on the website a week ago and have heard nothing. I hope this was an honest mistake of a business with poor administration but would not recommend anybody to purchase here.

I purchased 50 wine bottle caps for my homebrew on eBay but they sent me 50 miniature caps that’s advertised as a homebrew segment 🤷♂️, not even playing ball with me no offer to replace refund nothing so that’s why I’m giving a bad review.
Shocking customer service and shocking treatment of somebody that spends thousands on homebrew products.
£10.99 it cost but it’s going to cost you more 🤦♂️.

You were also advised to measure the product before purchasing and compare it to the dimensions of the product you intended to buy. Despite this, you chose to make the purchase and then, in an aggressive manner, used threats and negative comments in your feedback. As an experienced eBay customer, you are likely aware of the right to return a product within 28 days. You chose not to exercise this right but instead opted to insult us and our business in your messages.
