Purchased a lab round brilliant April 2024. I bought a 1.15 carat, CVD process, G, VS1, Signature Ideal, Hearts and Arrows, depth 61 .1, table 57. I had done my homework and knew cut was crucial. Days later I was informed it had been sold (??!!). They offered a 1.12, G, VS1, HPHT process, Ideal, depth 60.9, table 58, non- Hearts and Arrows - without telling me that this stone did not have that. Customer rep stated that the new stone was $30 more, that they'd cover the extra 30 and that she was a "beaut." Had to email a couple times to get specs. Could not locate the new stone's measurements on the report. I decided to purchase anyway despite my disappointment about not receiving the stone I bought. The stone is pretty but not the one I purchased and wanted. The Iight performance is not in anyway remarkable. I sincerely regret my purchase.

As an aside, we later bought a Hearts and Arrows, natural diamond eternity band from one of the original creators of that cutting process, this has added the fire and brilliance I was seeking.

The purchasing process for this engagement ring was absolutely seamless. The next day, I got a call from Krish (the company’s founder) to discuss my purchase and offer a nicer option for the stone than what I had purchased. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had such an amazing experience with any kind of customer service, let alone the founder of a company!

The ring was restarted to fit the enhanced stone, but he still promised it by Thanksgiving, and sure enough the ring was delivered the Monday before.

This company is absolutely awesome to deal with and makes a high-quality, beautiful product.

Great company! My ring came in a little under 3 weeks. They reached out right after I ordered to notify of me of “inclusions” in my chosen diamond. After purchasing my ring, I decided to resize and through the whole process of sending my ring back to them and receiving it again, their communication was excellent, and they took care of my ring in a timely and efficient manner. My fiancé and I primarily dealt with Krish, (the founder) and were met with a personable and friendly guy, who made you feel like you could really trust the company and product. Do Amore was so professional and did everything above my expectations. They got my ring to me super fast, and emailed me back immediately. Krish, the owner, even called me in the midst of a stressful time when a stone I was excited to purchase was bought a day or two before I was ready. Initially, it started with googling about Oval diamond selection as the shape is less straightforward compared to Round diamond. I was trying to find the best ratio possible that fits my hand with the perfect bow-tie amount (not too much, but still need some for a beautiful contrast). I randomly found the best article about Oval diamond from Do Amore, giving the most comprehensive tips and knowledge on the selection.

I then talked to Krish & Corinne via email. Long story short, they helped me find this beautiful diamond with the design customization. They were also very patient with my level of details of specifications and dimensions.

On top of that, Do Amore social impact business model, ensuring ethics & sustainability, added the sentimental value of the diamond ring. I am sooo happy I found this brand!

I decided to go with Do Amore to customize a ring for my fiancee after doing research for a while to find the best option for an engagement ring. The process was easy and seamless, and they also rushed the making of and shipping of the ring to get to me before the proposal date I had pre-planned. You will definitely get a lot of bang for your buck with them and I just found that they had what other jewelry companies didn't have. The ring was beautiful and everything she wanted, she loved it! I HIGHLY recommend Do Amore! They went above and beyond with the customer service and answering every question I had. I had the privilege of working with Hannah through the process of making a custom engagement ring and it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! All the little details about it and when I proposed to my now Fiance, she LOVED it. I cannot thank you Do Amore enough for making the process so easy and creating my Fiances dream ring.

I came across Do Amore on a diamond marketplace and decided I'd reach out directly. A real human being picked up the phone on my first call and we had a fairly extensive conversation about my plans as I already knew exactly what I wanted design-wise.

After that call we corresponded efficiently via email over the coming weeks — with their founder Krish, one of their representatives Hannah, and a gemologist on staff, Corinne. Corinne was very helpful in finding me real-time inventory that met my desired specifications. We had to look at stones at two separate occasions as inventory changes rapidly and I needed some time to settle on my final specs. She was extremely patient, thorough and helpful with identifying completely colorless, eye-clean stones.

I sent them a visual of what I wanted along with descriptions of specific details I wanted to change — e.g. the prong style — and they had the setting custom made by one of their partners.

Once I picked the stone and made the deposit, they got started on designing the setting. I had the 3D CAD files four days later, and manufacturing begun. I had the custom ring in hand 20 days after I initiated the order, which was extremely fast, as this included the entire design and approval process, the logistics of getting the stone from overseas, the quality control checks, etc.

It's also worth noting that I did a decent amount of shopping around, and Do Amore prices their stones very fairly and competitively.

Most importantly: the ring looks incredible. We're very happy with the outcome and their team.

An amazing place to buy jewelry for your significant other

I was looking into getting an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I came upon Do Amore and loved the sustainability and giving ethos of the company. I found the Jolie ring and fell in love online. I did however need help choosing a stone. Contacting the company was very easy and Hannah got back to me ASAP. After looping in the gemologist we found the PERFECT stone for the perfect ring. Very impressed with the ring, the service and the cause.

After purchase they shared the details about the well our purchase help support.

On such a special milestone it makes us feel good that we supported a great company and cause while getting an amazing product.

After extensive research for the best place to purchase an engagement ring, Do Amore was a no brainer. I could not find a better price for the same quality diamond anywhere else, and the social impact that the company provides further solidifies my decision. Customer service was not only quick to respond but also very attentive in getting me the ring by the time I needed it. Their pieces come with lifetime servicing which includes free resizing, which I will need to use to scale down a quarter size. The support team has been helpful in the process of getting the ring back to them to resize.
This leads to the one downside of purchasing from here, you must ship the ring for any servicing or repair, which makes it a higher turnaround time than bringing it to a local jeweler. However, I would not take it to a local jeweler as it voids the warranty. The company offers discounted insured shipping labels but depending on the price of the ring can still be expensive. I advise going with an insurance company that has shipping coverage as part of their policy which will greatly minimize the cost of shipping. I still give Do Amore 5 stars due to both the quality of service, product, and the impact they have on helping reduce the global water crisis. I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality ring.

My main reason for choosing Do Amore is their sustainability approach and the environmental impact the company as a whole is making on our planet! In my opinion it was above and beyond what any of the other companies were doing for the rest of the world.
I had absolutely no experience with jewelry. I did not know how sizes, values, styles, gems, bands or anything worked at all!
Allison was extremely nice with helping me understand the ins and outs of what I needed to know and very patient in helping me provide them with the right information to custom make the engagement ring!
We had about 65 emails to and from each other before I received the ring.
In addition to that, I have been in contact with the business owners (Krish and Hannah) themselves who helped me with further maintenance, resizing and reinforcing the delicate product that was created at my request! They have been very reasonable, accommodating and understanding.
I highly recommend working with them to choose that one special ring to mark that special milestone in your life!
