I definitely do not recommend this…

I definitely do not recommend this shop. Orders go from China, even the seller sends a tracking code which is Chinese. More than 3 weeks waiting for a polyester jacket. Shipping at the buyer's expense - obviously to China and not to a shop in the Netherlands. I will never order again

First time client and I dont recommend…

First time client and I dont recommend if you need really reliable services. Post NL was on time to pick up the items but I've never received Doppi's return bag so I couldnt send my items to be cleaned after waiting for days... The delivery guy from Post NL told me that the bag wouldn't be enough for my items, anyway, and that I should call Dobbi.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, terrible service and as of today my waistcoat is still missing so I'm probably having to take legal measures as company never communicates with either status updates or in this regard a missing item...

It's quite noticeable that the only custom made item was quite certainly stolen at their dry cleaner in Roosendaal and I advise people to steer clear if you want to get your expensive clothes cleaned.

After multiple e-mails and false promises I've gotten a reply from Dobbi costumer service that my e-mail was placed in their spam, the day before it wasn't as the costumer service employee of that day told me... Really fishy business

Unfortunately Dobbi's services changed for the worst in 2022

Unfortunately Dobbi service changed over the last 12 months. Use to be very reliable until early 2022. Since then I have a tried their services 3-4 times again, unfortunately have had issues every time. Either with pickups that fail multiple times, and have to be rescheduled and receiving back partial delivery with some items missing and receiving other peoples clothes in my order.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Do not use them!!! I have been using this for months already and I only have issues, and their customer service sucks terribly and do not help you! My clothes are lost in their system already for 2 weeks and they do not help me find them, they don't answer the emails. They suck!!!

I am utterly displeased with the state…

I am utterly displeased with the state of affairs in this company. It has been more than a week, and not once, but twice, they have failed to deliver my products. They have managed to miss two separate delivery deadlines! I had to take the initiative to contact them and express my strong disapproval, emphasizing that this kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially considering the rise of the dry cleaning costs and the amount paid. As a result, I had to miss an important event, and now, for the second time, my clothes have not arrived on time for another occasion. They “thought” I was on holidays. Where did that come from?This entire situation was fabricated and has left me seething with anger.

And still, I am left waiting for my clothes... what kind of business are you running? the frustration continues.

LOST ITEMS

LOST ITEMS! Stay away from them.
Items were delivered two weeks late. Two pair of trousers, unfortunately, went missing; after many emails, they were able to recover a pair, but not the other one. After filling in and sending the lost item form, they went silent and are no longer replying. After a month, I didn't get any refund.

Just another victim to their scam

I gave them an expensive coat a month ago through Jumbo. Cant get in touch with them because they do not respond. They sent one email back saying the coat should have been delivered when it was not. Jumbo called them, they said no order number with my name in their system. They told Jumbo they will check again and get in contact within 24hours. I seriously doubt when reading all these reviews that that will happen. I should have been smarter and read all this before giving my coat to them. I can’t believe how many people experience the same thing and they seem to somehow get away with whatever they are doing… They need to close down because this is literally ridiculous. I am thinking of looking for legal advise if nothing happens in the upcoming days. This is some stealing scam 100%.

Very bad

Very bad. Stay away!! They lost my first and only order. It was picked up on time but never returned. I got an answer to my initial request to locate my order but silence since despite 3 follow emails.

Excellent service

Excellent service! The pickup and deliveries are arranged by the trustworthy PostNL company, they pick it up in nicely branded dobbi bags. It is delivered back home by PostNL quickly and in excellent state.
