Purchasing on line through Dobell.com was a pleasant experience to say the least!
Accessed there web site to see they're extensive selection of quality British clothing
I chose a tweed sports jacket in a size I thought I'd fit into.
The Jacket was delivered within less than a week and upon it arrival I realized I've gained some weight and the jacket was more than a bit snug. The Jacket had arrived along with simple instructions how to exchange and or return items purchased from Dobell.
The replacement jacket (in next size Larger) arrive within the week
A pleasant experience to say the least

Terrible service
Terrible service, agents are clueless. When I placed the order it didn’t mention anywhere throughout payment process that the item is is not available at the time of order or preorder, otherwise wouldn’t have not placed the order.
Now on inquiry only through the email as there is no telephone no available for customer, agents are rude and clueless.
We are the customers and has every right to order or not, or to inquire. At the end of the day it’s customer who pays and you earn through them.
Please improve your efficiency of the company and improve the customer service agents professionalism.

I can confirm these are new vests from a new supplier and have been on pre-sale since they where shipped, we expect to receive them this week.
On the product page in red righting, just below the size selection it states these items are on pre-sale and your order will be shipped once items come into stock. Also next to each size out of stock it states the week commencing when we would expect to ship your order.
Looking at your communication with our CS team I can see the above has been communicated with you already and can't see any evidence of rudeness but apologise if you feel otherwise.
