Very risky purchase
Very risky purchase. I returned 2 articles with almost 1000 EUR. The online return process doesn't work on their webpage, so I called their hotline and they told me to just send it back by DHL Express. They didn't refund the paid price. I called them 3 times, their phone hotline works and the lady there speaks English well but seems to have no influence on the organisation. So finally I had to contact Mastercard to get the money refunded. With the pressure of Mastercard they refunded after 8 weeks. Don't purchase on this Webpage unless you're sure that you won't have to return…..but when can you be sure? I won't purchase anything there any more.It's a pitty as they have a nice assortment, but you can have the same articles elsewhere without a problem.
