Very good customer service. Great fish. Friendly, helpful staff.

I have used this company for a couple of years. Their fish is great quality and a reasonable price.

Communication and delivery is good though their carrier is not great in our area.

The true test is always when things don't go to plan. I've had a couple of issues over the course of the two years and the customer service is always superb. The team go out of their way to rectify the problem.

Ordered 6kg of frozen Salmon trimmings. Defrosted and must say, more like a pulp not trimmings and fish scales running through product cannot use in my products, wouldnt be very suitable for pasta or soup dishes as not really any fish chunks/strips, or curing for smoked salmon pate etc , too many fish scales in product (minimum 200 scales/kg and odd bones. Apparently boneless and skinless according to website. Having spoken to customer services regarding product , they said this is how we sell it, and all care taken to remove fish scales but there maybe a few. Infact fish scales running all the way through the mush! As well as some bones. Took me 1 hour so far to pick scales out of 1kg! Only 5kg to go! See attached photos on my google review. Shocking customer service, I did wonder why there has been no image of this product on their website for over 2 years.I have taken photos of my process Ive described above as mentioned already , see pics on my google review (photos never lie)
