Charging my card $49.95 even though I canceled the subscription
I tried to use it I paid the initial dollar or something for a week and and canceled, they are still trying to charge 49.95 to my credit card card. I contacted them a week ago explaining that the subscription was canceled and that they’re trying to charge, but I stopped the charge on my credit card so it was declined. I got this rigmarole letter about yes it was canceled, but they didn’t get any money so there’s no reason for a refund. They have since tried to charge my card three more times in four days.
Getting no response as to when they’re going to stop. It has gone from irritating to being pissed off
Wish I had never tried this company. I do not recommend them unless you really wanna pay $49.95 for something that you’re not going to use. This issue is still ongoing.
