This place seems to have the perfect price point at which I was willing to take a chance. Not sure I am willing to pay the cost to return them. And, they'll probably just steal my money IF I do return them, and resell the same pants. Their sizing chart is just wrong, and, they know it. So, it's false advertising. Any thing we can do about it? I don't know. I shouldn't HAVE to do so much research to determine whether a company like this is illegitimate, but, I wish I had done so ahead of time, because they are illegitimate. Not sure what, if anything, the Federal Trade Commission, BBB, or my bank will be able to do, but, we're going to find out.

So, if you look for this company, the website suggests they are based in London, UK, but, ONE of their FB pages says Cameroon, I don't know what their other one says, but, the address they gave me to return the pants is in China. So, you decide whether this gypsy road show is legit.

Ordered my items March 29th, 2020. As of this day April 16, 2020 i have not gotten the item nor have they had ANY contact with me to let me know there is a problem. Im starting to think this might be a scam.

The pants were small. Just want a exchange.I am trying to get a reply. And keep getting the same thing. Send picture we will do our best to help. But then I get the same thing. Again and again. Do not recommend.

I’m writing this review before even receiving my products because it’s almost 2 months since I ordered them and I still haven’t received them yet. So if I ever receive them I’ll be sure to update my review, but as of right now I say don’t order because they may never send your products. Apparently they shipped 45 days ago but I still haven't gotten any update.

ordered the pants and they came in way too small, I wear a 33” pants so I ordered the 32”-34. Fits more like a 28”. I emailed them to get a return and they said “looks like you received what you ordered”.

Never!! No return, e-mail automatic answer, never send you a return address! Very bad company. Do not buy!!

Was going to purchase but thanks to all your reviews I don't think I will!
I did find it strange how in their 'About Us' page they state their HQ is in London, yet they will only accept payment in $.......
Also the 'sale' countdown only counts down while you are on the site. If you exit and come back to the site later, the counter starts again from where it last left off. I didn't bother hanging around to see whether it just resets when it gets to 0:00!

This website ‘Docoshop’ is using info stolen from a valid manufacturer to sell cheap knockoffs of the real thing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DOCOSHOP.COM!!!!

I got suckered by the supposed sale they were having, and still appear to be having, and purchased 5 pair. It took weeks for them to even ship (from China) and what I got was not what they promised. And forget about a return/refund....they ignore all attempts to reach them after a sale.

I ordered two items: pants and a short. I selected my usual size of jeans (34/36W).
Well, even for my younger son, impossible to lose the button, 10 cms too little.
Advertising says: customer satisfaction, absolute zero risk.
Well, the only thing proposed was a partial refund of 15 USD ( on a total of rougly 50 USD)
This shopping site should be definitely debarred

DOCOSHOP should be sued by all who they ripped off. Same story, sent garbage pants 2 sizes too small, said if didn’t like send to someone else.
Fought through 16 email cycles to finally get $50 credit (but haven’t received it yet)?
So I’m out $100 on fake tactical pants. DOCOSHOP is making big $$$$ on false business. Contact me if we can sue them.

Well I wish I’d seen this as so many people say. It’s been almost a month now. They didn’t come through in their buy 4 get 1 free promise. Their claim of 7-10 day shipping is a lie. A month later they said they’re shipping. They’ve lied to me in email contact several times. Saying that they already shipped it for example and it’s the shipping company’s fault, but they just now said they shipped it out. Their customer service just copy pasted the same response no matter what you ask. I believe that all of us together can create a pretty effective sort of class action against them. 1) False advertisement 2) failure to send products 3) Lying to consumers 4) Faulty products (not in good condition or what was advertised). 5) Failed to give promised refunds. The company is based in the UK, London in fact, they don’t tell you it ships/manufactures in China. But if it’s in London it’s liable to their laws, and they have good consumer laws. For only one of us, the cost might not be worth it. But a lot of us together can ease the cost. Hell maybe even get our money back or more.

Thanks all of you for your review, I was considering to buy some pants from there, but thanks to your feedback I'm not going to make that mistake.

I've ordered my pants on 03/22/2020 and today is 04/11/2020 and I have still not received my order. Contacted customer service several times and they make it impossible to get a FULL refund for an unused item that a customer has not received yet. I've been in contact with their customer service for about 3-4 days now, and at this point they are not replying to my messages anymore. 100% SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM!

The same story as everyone else. Pants and shirt are too small and pockets are not sewn at the bottom. Like everyone said they offered me a 15% discount on my next purchase. I just had to laugh, I will never do business again with this company. Then they offered 10% refund and told me to just give them to a friend. I currently am on my 9th email back and forth with them. I just wanted to exchange for a larger size. Now after all this crap with them I want my money back. I am sure I have lost $110 but I am going to flood them with negative feed back anywhere I can.

Trash product with even worse customer service, order pants the size they said measures to US measurements and they tried to make me pay for return shipping or give me 10% of my purchase price back and told me to sell the pants to someone else because they wasn't going to pay for return shipping, and PayPal didn't help at all.

I wish I would have checked reviews first. Trust me, do NOT buy from here. I never heard from them about shipment but I did get a notice they got my money. So I contacted them and they said items are on back order. I've been trying to cancel my order for over 2 weeks and I just get the run around. I paid through PayPal and I'm disputing the charges but they haven't been able to do anything yet. They sent Docoshop a notice and we are waiting for a response so in the meantime to I get a notice the items are being shipped. So I'm probably out my money!!

They will screw you and there is nothing you can do about it. I received pants with no button hole. They said you can still wear them so offered a 10% discount. They have no ides what sizes are as I ordered XL, I am not heavy and have thin legs, and they were like skinny jeans. Too tight to wear for pants advertised as tactical. Their last day sale has been on their website for weeks. Another scam. They know it costs too much to mail the pants back for a full credit. My purchase was in the $80's and to return to China was $200 UPS and almost $80 at the USPS. They know they have you, and you will be had. What kind of company sells defective clothing and then takes no responsibility. Never again. Still don't know if I will receive my minuscule refund.

The pants are to small, not stretch and look different than the pictures on FB. The material feels very thin. The t-shirt is also to small, order took nearly a month to arrive, wish i had read these reviews before :(

Bad! I did not know it was coming from China and took over a month to get. The size chart was wrong, I asked for an exchange or refund. They said I need to pay for the shipping at 20.00 for the label and then they would give me a 10% refund after that. And, that is after they asked for proof of my husband Jeans size. Horrible Business. DO NOT BUY!!!! All the other reviews say the same thing!

The claim of ship in 2 days didn't pan out. Charged my card immediately with no ship. After a week I canceled the payment and the order. They sent 3 emails telling me it would ship soon and ask me to continue the order, I replied to each that I cancelled payment and the order. They shipped anyway, in a package that did not indicate it was from Doco, I opened to see what it was and found the pants I cancelled that are not the size I ordered, could not fit into them at all. There were threads hanging all over and the button holes were missing, not that I could button the too small waist anyway. Ask them to send a UPS pickup tag for return, no pickup and continued emails from Doco. This company is a mess, they also charge a foriegn transaction fee on your card as they are not in the USA, something you cant tell from the website.
I do not recommend this place.
