Bad customer service experience
Bad customer service experience: can't postpone COVID appointment (needed to book a new one, cancel the other) and the vaccination certificate was wrong. Both cases, they sent me a generic message to say they can't do anything.

We're sad to hear that you had an inconvenient experience while trying to postpone your appointment and accessing your vaccination certificate. Although at this stage we are lacking the full picture, based on other users' experiences, the following could have been the case:
a) Appointment could not be postponed: You can postpone your vaccination appointment at a CIZ (Coronvirus vaccination centre) up to 48h prior to the appointment by yourself via our platform.
Due to the necessary time in between vaccinations, it is only possible to postpone your first vaccination appointment via the Doctolib directly. To do this, you need to get in touch with the CIZ directly. Any other doctor's appointment can easily be postponed by yourself via the platform.
b) Vaccination certificate: Doctolib only issues vaccination certificates when both your vaccination appointments are booked at a CIZ. When you've booked an appointment at a doctor's practice, you can get your vaccination certificate at your local pharmacy.

Unreliable company making profit of the pandemic and necessity to book vaccinations
Doctolib manages the vaccination appointments for Berlin (Germany) probably other German regions and France. When booking my appointments over the hotline, I got dates in June (in 2,5 months). The hotline itself also uses Doctolib. I then checked online, as the dates seemed so late. And there it was: Free appointments for April and May - whenever you refresh for the different locations. But here it goes: When I managed to find clickable appointments, I had to enter my personal data, get a code via cellphone and add the highly sensitive booking code - meanwhile the dates where stored in the "shopping basket". This process took 3 minutes and I had to click through multiple pages. When I reached the final page, I (over the phone - no app use required) cancelled my prior appointments. When clicking on finalization, doctolib told me the appointments were no longer available. The appointments stored for me were apparently not saved. This means users with faster internet and better computers (and possibly with the use of automated programs) will always get sooner appointments - the priority of vaccinations is completely irrelevant to the process. I cannot express my anger, as I find this completely outrageous - as an individual, as someone affected by the pandemic, as someone who works in data science and experience in app programming. I will ban them, whenever I can. For more information try algorithm watch.

Filters don't work well
Filter for English speaking doctors led me to a non-English speaking doctor and it was the most uncomfortable experience. Super frustrating and ultimately could not understand what was happening as he man-handled my body. Not ideal for a doctor's experience at all.
Its a shame since the filters seem to be a strength vs. their competitor (jameda) but unfortunately it looks like the data isn't being used correctly at all.
