Shocking customer service
Terrible customer service, placed my order on the 10th and missed the delivery, paid for redelivery on the 16th. It’s now the 1st and I still don’t have my medication. Complete radio silence from customer service even with multiple emails asking for updates. I’ve even offered to “refill” the order and pay full again and cancel the redelivery. but again zero response from the company, starting to wonder if they’re real company.

Please, take into account that the pharmacies must follow certain protocols when it comes to the distribution of medicines. As per such policies, the return has to take place for a pharmacy to be able to justify a new shipment.

Avoid! They lie and can’t get a delivery right
Made an order back in June 2024, luckily paid on my credit card. Item was sent to random delivery places over the country instead of our home, which I wasn’t made aware of, the item was then returned back to the company and they asked for an alternative delivery address which I gave which was agreed on. They sent the item back out and again no delivery. The item was rejected by a depo over an hour away and returned to company instead of being delivered anywhere. dokteronline now want me to pay £14.95 for them to re send it or they’ll destroy it. The person who I spoke to was called Simon was making up continuous lies such as I agreed the delivery address which luckily I could prove otherwise. Overall terrible company. Not professional. Luckily could charge back the payment to my account or I’d be out of pocket

Regretfully, we have no way to influence the operations and policies of the courier service companies concerning the number of days they hold packages.
