Very fast and reliable service - I couldn't be happier. I needed a refill for my prescription but couldn't make it to my GP in time due to travel. The medication arrived 3-4 days after I requested a prescription, and it was processed over the weekend.
Lovely service, and I'm sure I'll be back!

I enjoyed using Doctor Online as it is…
I enjoyed using Doctor Online as it is so convenient.
However, some of my medications were declined by the pharmacist after being approved by the doctor. Customer service is unable to provide me with a reason for this. I then contacted the chat function in the app. At least they were able to provide me with the reason the pharmacist used. They want me to do a face to face consultation. I have had a face to face consultation with a GP and has noted it on the consultation form so I'm unsure what to do now? I'm sure the pharmacist made an error.
Customer service says that they can not
help me further and I can't appeal either.

When i need medication with no nonsense these professionals deliver. I get better meds for Athma than those recommended by the NHS and they are not steroids and work very effectively. Also the range of choices are so upto date many GPS are not aware of what's really available like Doctoronline. They are top rate and delivery is excellent.
