I am so grateful to Doctoronline.co.uk and I can’t express my appreciation enough, as they were there when I couldn’t get an appointment with my own NHS GP here in London.
They are absolutely amazing and they have taken away the stress and anxiety that I felt when I needed a GP appointment and the thought of going through the whole process and worrying about missing a telephone call from my GP practice because I was working and knowing they wouldn’t call back .

Very efficient. The website order form was simple and easy to follow. I couldn't get a doctor's appointment for a medication I have previously been prescribed so I opted to buy from this company instead. The price was reasonable and the medication worked perfectly and quickly and eradicated the problem, I'm back to good health again. It
arrived quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again if necessary when I can't get a doctor's appointment.

A waste of money so far
A waste of money so far. I recieved a notification that my perscription would be delivered three days ago, but nothing turned up. I've now recieved a notification that it will be delivered tomorrow at the earliest (though I'm not hopeful, as this will be the third time they've said that). My condition certainly isn't life-threatening, but it is urgent - and I thought that using doctoronline would be quicker than waiting for a GP appointment. If you're thinking of using doctoronline, my strong advice is to save your money, as this service is slower and far more expensive than the NHS.

These updates were communicated via email or through our Doctoronline app, which we believe is what you referred to regarding multiple notifications, we want to apologize if this led to any misunderstanding.
We acknowledge the urgency associated with medication and want to apologize for any inconvenience that might have been caused. The recent Easter holidays have led to some smaller delays due to increased workloads for our partner pharmacy and courier services, therefore we kindly want to ask for your understanding.

An excellent experience.
This was an excellent experience which actually surpassed my expectations.
I required a medication fairly urgently and probably just a one off however I will have no hesitation in using the service again if need be.
The service was exceptionally good, courteous and helpful. My meds arrived very rapidly and I was able to fully track the delivery progress which was via a well established courier company.
Highly recommend.

Quick and straightforward assessment, easy to order, fast delivery service, ability to ask questions via email, regarding the medication you’ve ordered. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with, was when I made my second order on the medication I previously purchased, as the price went up by almost £10.
