Further to my review of 27 December, I had an email out of the blue from Elena of Doctor's Daughter advising that my emails had been going into their spam folder. She has arranged for a refund for the unwanted item (to my bank, as I no longer have the original credit card).

I forgot to cancel my subscription for the advanced hair treatment so emailed about returning the product - no response. I then sent the product back anyway but got absolutely no response and no refund. Terrible company.

I had hoped that by contacting the director of this spa, I could recover the experience I paid for, but sadly, I’ve had no luck. The lack of communication and follow-up has been extremely upsetting, and I feel like my time and money have been disregarded.

I would urge the management to address these concerns promptly. It’s disappointing to feel ignored and unheard after placing trust in a business.

I do not recommend, I ordered the product in August and I did not receive the order nor did they return the amount, they are big thieves, after the order they took money from me and another amount from the account, their policy is that you subscribe and automatically take money from account and you don't receive the products. so they stole €230 from me. disappointing

Bought the advanced hair growth product and had a subscription which I cancelled on Jan 15th 2024 as I still had a good amount. Haven't received the January order or a refund.
Sent messages and have not gotten a response going over 2 weeks now.
Do better please.

This is my third bottle of Doctors Daughter Advanced Hair Growth treatment. Prior to using this product my hair was falling out badly. Since using the product I have noticed that the hair loss has definitely subsided and there is new hair growth. My hair also seems to be in a better condition overall. I'm pleased with the results and will continue to use the product.

I have been using the hair growth serum for several months now and have new hair growth in all the areas I have treated. To be honest, I didn't really expect any result but thought it was worth trying - and I'm so glad I did! I'm delighted and firmly recommend it.

Product has been delivered on time with very nice package. I have always been sceptical with hair growth products, but Doctor's Daughter has been recommended by friend of mine, so thought to have a go.

Very nice experience so far, very easy to use with spraying it few times: it does not feel sticky and gives some freshness - nice bonus! Will report back about the results in few months.

It's a must have for anyone suffering Alopecia or thinning hair. Proven results and the mix of natural indgredients make the product recommendable. Trust me!

Doctors daughter’s products are amazing, I am currently using the hair growth spray and I have seen a different after a few weeks , my hair has stop fallen out when washing and combing, I will continue to use it can wait to see the end result on my hair. Definitely a five star product 🤩🤩
