Wouldn’t even bother ordering , my item was dispatched 12 days ago the estimated delivery date has been and gone . Asked for tracking they said they don’t have tracking , messaged again asking for a refund and what a surprise no reply . Also messaged them on fb and instagram with still no luck so looks like a call to the bank . AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Excellent Customer Service
There was a factory defect on one of the LPs I ordered and Dodax resolved it exceeding my expectations; very proactive customer service. I will be ordering vinyl from Dodax again.

Mostly happy of my experience on Dodax although, some items bought were finally « stoniert » a few days after the order was placed so I never received them.
Some vinyls did arrive slightly damaged (mainly sleeves and inner sleeves) and, as it’s a hassle to send them back (done it once) I just kept them like that.
Other than that, great selection at decent prices.
