SCAM site !! Never received my order and no refund
Just avoid this site at all costs. Ordered a Vinyl and even received a fake email saying that it was shipped. It's been almost a month, no delivery, no reply from customer service and the best part is that they don't have any customer care number.

Is Dodax bankrupt
Is Dodax bankrupt? We ordered at the 15 june an CD with ID 0005-e717-9795-1b7d-b818 and never heared from them. Even after 3 mail and juristic claim they wnt STUMP ! So that is the end of DODAX (Death Do Ash) So do not order anymore🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡👹👹👹👺👺

Just a scam site
Pretty sure they show a wide variety of products as "in stock" while in reality they have to order on demand and have almost nothing in stock.
I ordered a book that was due to be shipped within a week. After more than two weeks without hearing anything, and after the book had already been marked as "out of stock" on the website, I emailed Dodax.
The answer was clearly a robot, saying that they had problems with "the supplier" and that they could not estimate the new shipping date.
I cancelled my order shortly after that. They have yet to reply to my cancellation email...
If they ever give me my money back I will update this review

Crap service
I ordered a cd but received an email that it was out of stock, and would take a few weeks before it was available. I immediately cancelled my order and requested a refund. We are now more a month further and I am still waiting on my refund. I will never order from Dodax again. I would rather have given no stars, but that is not an option.

Scam or deliberately awful in order to con you out of money
Avoid them they don’t allow you to cancel even if it’s immediately. They lie and say already dispatched and then the dispatch note comes through days later. Lazy or incompetent I don’t know but customer services is non existent. Do yourself a favour and set fire to your money instead as it’s much the same experience but without writing stressful emails!

Product took almost 3 weeks to arrive
I placed my order on a Tuesday and it said my order would be latest by Tuesday of the week after.
Well, it end up taking 2 weeks and a half for the book to arrive. And that wasn’t specified in the check out page “like customer service claims to say”
Would not recommend their reliability with time frames at all.

Ordered two records, received neither. Was promised a refund by mail and now they are outright ignoring mails, lmao.
Almost 2 months later, and a lot of mailing back and forth to Dodax as well as Paypal and Ive gotten my refund. Still wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Already wrote a review, here’s another one. Just wanted to add that there’s great customer service. Ordered a peoduct only to hear from them a week later saying it was out of stock. They apologised, gave me 10% off my next order and refunded the money immediately. So all in all cheap, good products and a lot of choice, slow delivery, excellent customer service.
