C'était de la pure tromperie ! Vous m'avez vendu un panier pour chien qui s'affaisse complètement jusqu'au sol. Il n'est absolument pas orthopédique, alors que mon chien de 12 ans en a besoin. En fait, il se retrouve allongé à même le sol. Un sol dur et rigide. J'aimerais savoir comment vous comptez remédier à cette situation pour mon chien.
This was pure deceit! You sold me a dog bed that sinks completely to the floor. It is definitely NOT orthopedic which my 12- year old dog needs. He’s basically lying flat on the ground. On hard ground. Rigid. I would like to know how you will make this better for my dog.
