Made an order on 1st December. There was one product not on stock and indicated that waiting time 2-6 working days. That's was fine by me. By December 16th, no update received, that i need to wait longer or something, nothing, i sent an email. No response. Left voice message, as it's not possible to call them. On 23rd December got an reply that my email was in spam and that they will send my order without missing product same day. No tracking code provided. Till this day, no tracking code or package received, no refund and complete ignore by email or phone. Called multiple times and left messages, and sent multiple emails as well. Nothing.

Very fast delivery and that's it.
I bought Diamond painting and the quality is crap. While the poor print it's still doable with extra light underneath, the glue is drama. The leyer doesn't stick to the picture but in many places is in the air. Also it's poor and many diamonds are falling down. I am really sorry that I didn't return it before I started "painting".
