Great online experience
I placed an online order and the items were dispatched really quickly and actually arrived the following day despite me paying for standard shipping. I felt like the communication was really good with regards to informing me of the status of my order, and since then I haven’t received any spam emails either which is always good. Would definitely recommend.

Always a great experience in store
Always a great experience in store, staff always helpful and friendly. Really helpful when assisting selecting foods after discovering my puppy had allergies, took time out to look up and double check items. Plus you get to see the African Grey in store, who is just stunning

Always next day delivery
Dofos are absolutely amazing. The food always gets delivered on the next working day. I’m not sure what’s the range of the delivery area, but this is certainly the case in all the Lothians and Edinburgh. They sometimes include dog food samples free of charge, not some cheap stuff but class dog food like tins of Cannagan or Forthglade. Dofos only stocks high quality dog food that are meant to be good for your dog, so anything bought from this shop should keep your pooch healthy.
