I am over the moon with Doggscooters 💫 my 9 year old son custom built his own scooter and the staff were so helpful and friendly when I called them up to check everything would work.

They took their time to go through all the parts I was ordering and assured me it would be a good build! Which it was ! It arrived last night and he's absolutely buzzing with it , it looks amazing. This is our second scooter we ordered the ethic at Xmas time too and both times the delivery was quick.

Will no doubt be ordering again as we know these kids go through scooters 🛴

Made a purchase in November and the team were so friendly. Parts were unavailable at time of ordering so they personally called to inform me and ensure I was happy with replacement parts. Last week I raised a query with Jack and I cannot praise him enough. He was so efficient with his dealings of this matter and communication is spot on. I ordered a custom scooter for my son's 13th birthday (he designed it online) and we added for it to be built as I'm a complete novice and wouldn't know where to begin. It came very quickly with great service. We did have an issue after the first ride so I emailed and have dealt with Jack who recommended a few steps for us to try at home to fix the problem. These didn't work so I sent the scooter back and Jack has fixed the issue and communicated with me throughout. I can't recommend highly enough. When you pay a lot of money for something you want it to be right and Jack has made sure that despite the teething issues, everything is now as it should be. Customer service at it's finest.

My son has had a couple of Blunt Prodigy's before, and they are a great scooter. However, he asked for a custom built scooter for chrimbo which I knew could be much more expensive having seen some customs down the skate park. He mentioned Dogg Scoots which I had never heard of. Why would I??
He showed me a design on their site at over £500 notes, but firstly I was like, is this all compatible, is this a reputable company? especially if I am dishing out over £500 notes.
I rang Doggy and young geezer called Jack answered the phone. Having expressed my concerns he offered to build the scooter with my son over the phone.
Cut a long story short. Jack spent about an hour of his time building a scooter with my son on their website via the phone. I was listening as the call was on loud speaker.
Honestly speaking, Jack was absolutely awesome. A credit to Dogg Scooters. He was patient and more than helpful providing an impeccable next level service.

This of course had put my mind at ease.

Scooter arrived very quickly, I checked it out, and..... its a foo kin beast. Superb quality and so well built. My son literally doesn't shut up about!!

The only downfall is that I have to now sit there for 4 sodding hours in a freezing cold skate warehouse whilst my son is landing a shit load of double whips.

Seriously....... Top Product, Superb Service from Jack.

Cannot recommend highly enough.

I ordered a set of tilt bearings for my scooter, but accidentally auto selected my previous address. I contacted customer service who sorted the issue in a matter of minutes. Great service and a smooth ordering experience as always.

Awesome company. Son suggested a deck he wanted and Dogg scooters were one of the only shops to have right size and colour combination in stock hence placing initial order. Once ordered I realised I had no clue what I was doing! I made several calls over next few days and they advised and happily answered all of my daft questions. I ended up ordering every part we needed and advice and support was fantastic. Everything turned up within 48 hours of order. I realised las minute I needed 1 more part and was in stock and available next day which arrived earlier.I can’t wait for my son to open this on his birthday tomorrow. These will definitely be the first people I speak to in the future for any parts and advice.You guys were awesome and thank you for all your help!

Ordered 4 mystery boxes and received a cardboard envelope with rubbish. One tee shirt, 5 items and 4 small stickers, for £40 I would expect more. If I order 4 items I expect 4 parcels. Customer service just as bad. Will not be shopping here again.

Purchased a deck for my son from dogg scooters, great service the first time round but even better when the original deck had stress fractured and jack responded speedily and sorted it all out within a day or two amazing customer service clear,prompt and honest can't say better than that really !

Bought a product from this company on 48hrs postage, understandably they couldn’t make that deadline due to new year sales but instead they posted the product a day later in 24hr postage. Excellent customer service, I asked to change the delivery address via email and got a quick response. Overall very happy, good products, good prices, and really polite and helpful team! Would definitely recommend.

Really thankful to Jack at Dogg scooters for helping us out with an issue we had with a faulty part.
Fantastic customer service, they even arranged for the replacement to arrive next day in time for a holiday.

I brought a scooter for my son.
He rode it once, when it started raining, had to take it back as wheels making funny noise…. This apparently was due to the rain in the wheels? He fixed it, so was thankful. Then as my son barely rode it, I was little disappointed to have to take it back a further 2 times with other issues. They did sort this…. But by this point my son, was put off riding it!
He later rode few more times and used the brake on back as…that’s what it’s there for? The wheels have rubbed so quickly and badly that it’s un-rideable, they have flattened in places. It was £140 and he genuinely has used it about 9/10 times, they said…he’s over used the brakes and that happens to the wheels?? This is unacceptable and should NOT happen that easily I don’t care what reason they give.

Paid for a scooter that has been ridden 10 times. His last scooter lasted 2 half years, no probs in rain?? Or with wheels! It’s disgusting. Was going to trading standards but had unfortunate life interruptions, which resulted in not being able to get around to it. Now probably too late. Also resulted in my son not wanting to go back to skate park! Brilliant! Thanks Dogg scooter, it’s ended up my son not wanting to do something he was really starting to enjoy which was so good for him for personal reasons.

Website is a little clunky, but the service is excellent! Bought a scooter on Black Friday sale, sadly was actually out of stock. The team emailed and I was asked to ring the store and genuinely this led to one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had.
The guy on the phone offered support and advice, guidance on options available and offered upfront to simply refund if we couldn’t find a replacement we were happy with.
Gave us a upgraded model for £30 more at no cost, talked me through options for protection and ramps and discounted those as well. Next day delivery received.
Couldn’t recommend them more!!
