I ordered ages ago

I ordered ages ago , then they said they came never rang the bell , I have a system that records every rind and a photo no one came .

Hi, You package was delivered at a PostNL pickup point because nobody was home or your adres was wrong (you can check that in the email of your order). We don’t deliver our packages by ourself, this is the work of PostNL so if they never rang the bell we could contact PostNL to see what went wrong. You received an email with a tracking, on that tracking you could see the pickup point where they delivered your package and you had 20 days to get it there. Because you didn’t pick up the package they send it back to us. We will contact you by mail to check your adres and send the package again. Sorry for bad experience but this is something we don’t control.

Pretty and perfect quality

Beautiful harnesses and matching leashes with not only the cutest prints but also a great fabric quality that keeps its colours and shape even after multiple washes! Perfect fit for our teckel 😍

Super quality

Super quality! It's the 3rd harness that I buy for my frenchie and it suits her perfectly, not to mention how cute she looks on them. Quick delivery. The packaging was notably graceful. Service was high standard.
