Total sharks. Bought 2 devices but they didn't work. I was told to return them for a refund (I had to pay for postage). Total radio silence. Have now reported them to the authorise.

***Zero Stars***BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY! A complete and total scam. Got the same email as everyone else saying they know that the Bark Stopper 2.0 is garbage and doesn’t work but if I pay more, lucky me, I can have a “better version“ but I would bet my life it doesn’t work either. Can someone please let me know how they contacted customer service?? Does anyone know what their email is? Even when you click on the ‘refund policy’ link it tells you to email them but doesn’t give you an email. 🤬 Something really needs to be done about this company…if there even actually is one.

Product does not work as advertised, has no affect whatsoever on my dogs barking. I have emailed to be asked for video evidence of it not working. I should not have to send a video to get my money back, I have offered to return the product. After reading all the reviews regarding returning and no refunds, I have raised it with the bank to hopefully get the money back. Absolutely ridiculous and I hope the company is shut down. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS SITE

In summary - DO NOT PURCHASE A BARKSTOPPER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY MARKET UNDER THE NAME "VET TECK."
I ordered three of their remote bark-stoppers, "guaranteed to work the first time or your money back."
First off, they ship directly from China so it took forever to receive. When I finally got the package, there was no box. There were no directions. Just three cheap plastic remotes in bubble wrap. NOTHING else. And needless to say, they don't even turn on, much less work.
The company has not responded to several requests for a refund.

I have not used the product yet, but based on all the reviews made a huge mistake buying. The “cheek” of printing on the box “proudly USA company” and the product ships directly from China. Cheap Chinese crap, with probably no US ownership and totally false advertising!

False advertising, poor product and even worse customer service.

Do not waste your money on this product. It does not work on my dog. I have received 2 and neither work. I have sent reqested video twice and the part about 100 % satisfied or money back is a hoax. You can't talk to anyone, I feel like I am communicating with a robot when trying to deal with customer service. Worst company i have ever dealt with.

Shipping took forever and the device does nothing for my dogs. I emailed the company to return it and have had a hassle for a week trying to get a simple shipping label or info on how to return. They won’t return it without a video of it not working. Why should I have to do that?

Ordered the barkerstopper three weeks ago and have not received package. Now I read all these horrible reviews and will be putting a charge reversal on my card right now and not accept delivery if it should ever come. Cannot find any contact info for this schiester.

After many emails to doggyDior and a threat of legal action Patrick has finally agreed that if I return the device to their USA address I will get a refund! Does anyone have a UKL address for them? I have a feeling that this won't happen an I will have wasted the ££ spent on returning it to the USA. I will keep you posted

No sound- light and chaser work- zero effect on my dog

I had the exact same experience as others . I bought the bark stopper -it didn’t work one one dog and hurt the other one’s ears. I asked to return it for a refund twice . Both times Patrick ( if that is his real name ) asked me to film it not working. Eventually I managed to and sent it over. He then offered to send me an upgraded replacement, which I did not want. I’ve told him this thrice and received no response.
How can we all proceed to get our money back? I am a pensioner and can’t afford to loose this much money.

I'm in a current dispute through PayPal with this vendor I bought the bark stopper it arrived a bit late but the unit does not work. It is non-operational with three different new batteries installed. Now they keep telling me to send them videos showing that the problem is the videos can only be under 10 MB the shortest video I took which was 16 seconds long to explain that it will not turn on is 36 plus MBS. There is no way to load a video over 10 MB through the dispute system on PayPal. They never did send me a tracking number and it showed up days days later than expected. And then it did not work at all. They are purposely giving me the runaround and do not want to make it good.

Buyer Beware!! Do not buy, I don't know if it works or not, but I purchased this for a friend who had a dog. He got diagnosed with cancer and decided to re-home the dog before I received the product. It's brand new, haven't been opened and they refuse to refund...smh. I wish I would have researched more on this company before I purchased.

I cant find email address anywhere my dog petrified of bark stopper device and wish to return

I ordered a stock bark device and I received it and I didn’t open it and decided I wasn’t going to use it. The only way to contact the company is to email them. I’ve emailed three or four times and keep getting responses from them saying let us know why you don’t, want the device what’s wrong with it? Whatever I told him I haven’t even opened it. I just decided I wasn’t gonna use it and wanted to return it and get a refund. It says on their website free shipping and returns this is ridiculous. I just want a return label I’ll never order another thing from this company .

Absolutely a scammer. Paid to return the item which did not work on my dog after sending the video Patrick requested. I was told I would promptly receive a refund, it's been over 2 weeks since the item was deliver Back to them. 3 emails this week with no reply and no money refunded. Zero excuse and I will now let every one I know what a sham they are. To think I believed Patrick.

I got one of these loads of rubbish item which doesn't work at all I would like my money back but I noticed you only refund USA customers and I'm from the uk

If I could give no stars I would. The ultrasonic barkstopper did not work as advertised the advert claims money back guarantee but after 2 months and paying for the return of the item IAM still out of pocket.
Communication with Patrick, who says he is the owner has stopped forcing me to revert to placing this review.
IAM not one to post negative comments but when Patrick stopped communicating it left me no choice.
