Ordered a coat for my dog which wouldn’t have fitted my granddaughters pet hamster. Took all the measurements and ordered according to size guidelines. Have emailed with photos of said coat next to my dog. No reply. Don’t be scammed by this company.

Ordered too small tho replacements were sent straight away… no problem. Great customer service!

Zip faulty , Company agreed to replace 3 weeks ago , still waiting , not able to track as they have not issued me with a number.

Communication needs to improve.

I ordered a Doggykings coat for my dog but I ordered the wrong size, I made contact with Doggykings who asked me to send photos to them of my dog trying the coat on, it was my fault completely measuring wrong, Doggykings sent me the right size, it’s perfect, my dog looks the bees knees in his coat and it’s keeping him warm and dry, thank you DoggyKings for outstanding customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Received a new coat which looks well made but too small for my dog. Bought a small as per guidance at purchase point.
I have emailed a number of times to return and obtain a larger size and they offered a replacement on the proviso that I paid an additional £10 to cover postage costs, which seems fair. I have asked how I can do this but have received no reply despite sending chaser emails.
I would say that the after sales service is slow and sluggish at best. I'm hoping that they respond shortly to resolve.

Great little jacket. Fits really well. Washes well too.
Ordering was easy and I could track the parcel. This was important as it was a long time between order and arrival.

Sizes are not accurate and the customer service is poor

Good quality. Easy to put on. Not sure if I should have purchased a larger size as the zip doesn't always stay closed.

Lovely coat our golden retriever loves it and gets really excited when she see’s it. We ordered the red which is lovely and bright in the largest size, it’s a nice snug fit and doesn’t move when she’s running around. Keeps her dry and warm. The coat is very well made. We’ve paid more for coats from well known brands which haven’t fit as well as this one. Very pleased. The only downside was the time it took to arrive but was well worth the wait. We shall be ordering another

Good products and great after sales service

The dog coats are great. Really easy to put on. Our dog is very fussy and doesn't like wearing coats but he has been happy in this one and because it's so quick and easy to put on he doesn't have time to fuss. I made a mistake with the measurements and had to contact Doggy Kings for replacements, they were very helpful and very prompt with replying to my emails. Thank you Doggy Kings your were great.

Seems good quality and cosy and warm for my 3 dogs … perhaps a reflective strip on coat would be a good addition although the harness is reflective a little

Very well made product and the zip feature makes it easy to get the dog into the coat. Ordering and delivery was seamless. A suggestion would be somehow incorporating legs being covered as well.

Lovely beautifully made harness! Brought a large for my Labrador puppy to grow into 🙈 so hopefully it will fit.

The coats are very nice and easy to put on and perfect for our low temperatures this time of year. I can recommend them, especially for my elderly dogs.

Ordered wrong size, customer service very good and sent next size after I paid extra postage, did not require return of 1st coat. Unfortunately pup has already outgrown 2nd coat
