I had bought 3 x coats in Dec 25. One was too small so I gave it to a friend. Both zips are faulty. One has completely broken, the other wearable as it comes loose all the time. I have sent photos of problems and have 18 emails spanning 6 weeks of my complaining. Still unresolved Finally resolved after 2 months and 20 emails.

Product well made and exactly like the ad. Delivery was great. My fault I ordered a size smaller than I should have. It fits but is a little snug. Maybe time to cut down on the treats!

Bought a dog coat from doggy kings originally ordered the wrong size asked for return then got asked for image of the dog and measurements which they said they would replace it the new coat arrived which is the same size as the 1 i ordered tried to get return labels but now got told im out of warranty scammers DONT order from them.

Ordered the size 3X for a frenchie , ended up ordering a size bigger which fits perfectly. Easy to put on and she’s quite happy to wear it !!

I ordered a red jacket for Lily dog according to the size suggested for a ShihTzu, unfortunately too small, Doggy Kings were happy to replace it and although the postage was slow, it arrived safely a good fit and as a result I ordered a 2nd one in green. you do need to check the weight and back length of your pet to avoid a return as all breeds do vary in size.

Coat was way too small, they make it so hard to return - asking for pictures etc. as if you are lying, then just don't' bother to respond to emails. I would AVOID using them.

Great jackets with built in harness … took a little time to arrive but was worth the wait .. I bought one for each of my 3 dogs; easy to put on and kept them warm and dry .. wash easily too. Very nice product, good price. Would definitely buy from this company again.

The dog coat fits beautifully and she loves it, it’s very well made had a warm lining and is fully waterproof it allows enough room at the bottom end her her to stay clean whilst going to the toilet

I ordered 3 coats for my dogs unfortunately none fitted the service I received was amazing and so helpful I was sent another 3 coats. Unfortunately I have daushound dogs and Jack Russell mixes and the coats don't fit right because of there body shapes which wasn't the companies fault. But I'm donating them to a animal shelter and they will be greatly appreciated 🙌🐾.

Dodgykings! Purchased 25th November, emailed straight away when i received the coats which are far too small 12th December and they wont refund.

Terrible customer service, i asked back in December for a return address and they asked for the measurements of my dogs. I requested a refund on multiple occasions and they wont give me a return address or information on how i get a refund and then replied i was outside the 30 days so they have the right to refuse my refund.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
Wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Item very good, nice quality and well made.

Sadly my friend who walks my furry asked for the old one as when he runs back to her the buckle on the side hurts her legs.
