I had a generally positive experience with DIB Direct via their website, doginabox.co.uk. They offer a good stock of items at reasonable prices, and the ordering process was straightforward. Although there were some delays with FedEx and Evri on a few occasions, the company’s customer service was quick to address issues and arrange alternative solutions. The delivery people were polite and helpful, and the quality of the products was as advertised. I appreciate their efforts in ensuring customer satisfaction and would likely shop with them again.

My order was quite low in value, yet the packaging and speed of delivery was every bit as good as anyone I've ever used. This was my first order with Dog In A Box (they were the only company I could find who stocked what I wanted) but it certainly won't be the last! Highly recommended. A +++++

Ordered last Friday and was called by Tommy on Tuesday to say that my item couldn’t be delivered as the delivery company had cut off guaranteed delivery for Xmas! I said needed for my boy for Xmas and he arranged another delivery company to deliver to me the next day, one very happy Mummy 😍 thank you and Merry Xmas 😘 xxx

I got my item very late and with no communication what so ever..Only received it yesterday.Was not happy

So far, I haven't received my goods and it has now been 12 days since I placed it. I chased 5 days ago because it had been showing as "with Evri" for a week. And the rsponse cam back quickly that the company would chase it up with Evri.
But, Evri, in my experience are simply the least reliable courier company - whether they call themselves Hermes or Evri the service is the same, so good luck chasing!)
Happy to update my review once goods received but so far just been waiting a long time.

Received later than expected due to postal strike. Well packaged and as described.

Still waiting for goods a week plus since ordering them, 3 - 5 days delivery promised. Not happy with the service or company unfortunately.

Good price , fast delivery. Kept up to date from purchase to delivery
