Not enough screws and bolts. Tried to call them but no answers so went to B&Q and screw fit to get the missing items spent an extra £59.78 plus fuel on getting the Kennal put up. The trim bars for the felts are not long enough and the instructions was useful as a pancake made out of thin air. But then again so was there customers service when I tried to call them 12 times today, it went through to a mobile number that was out of order.
