Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. When I placed my order the receipt showed the wrong shirt I choose, I emailed them right away to double check to make sure they send the right shirt, I sent several emails and not one person replied. Then I tried calling and was hung up/disconnected at least 5 times and then when I did talk with someone, the response about the shirt was, you’ll have to see what shirt was sent when it arrives. Each time I called I was told a manger would call me back, never did. I received the shirt and of course it was the wrong item. I called to let them know, I was told there was no such type of shirt that I chose, ok! I said again for a manger to call me back, I was promised again one would, and they didn’t. I did get an email, basically saying they don’t swap shirts, but I can return the shirt for the one i originally choose (suddenly now they have the shirt) I replied back asking for a return label, it should not be returned at my cost, the email kicked back saying, undeliverable, WTH, I replied to their email. Do yourself a favor, don’t use this company. Save your money, wrong item sent, lack of communication and everyone is rude!
