We are very pleased with the quality and the service of dogstags.ie
The ordering process is easy and straightforward.
The leather collars are really good, soft and flexible and easily wiped clean. They are enhanced with the quality tags.
This is our second purchase, and we will certainly use again when required.
Pleasant and helpful customer service. We were promptly advised of unavailability of one of the five collars we ordered, and were happy to be able to reorder a while later.

Ordered the item online, emailed the company 11 days after it was ordered to find out where it item was. Standard answer of it will be with you within 5-7 day’s; quite obviously it’s not so something has gone wrong, but they couldn’t be less interested.
Had to reorder from elsewhere, now going to have to try and get a refund....

This is an .ie domain with an Irish address, but the products are coming from Switzerland, as we are just after finding out. Terribly misleading! So disappointed as it’s wasted money - they have not arrived on time so we need to buy another set in the shop now.

Waited nearly a month for a name tag. Emailed company twice and never emailed back. Terrible customer service.

I ordered the small, gold love heart name tag and it was beautifully made and engraved. I really liked how you could preview what the tag would look like with the details you wanted on it before buying it. I would recommend this product.

As it's an Irish website and supposedly based in Cork, I thought it'd be great shopping Irish and also getting relatively fast delivery. I received the shipping notification after just 1 day and I was impressed with how quick it was. It's now been 2 weeks without receiving my order (which I believed was being shipped from Dublin). Even with accounting for a fews extra days due to covid I thought it could be lost so I emailed asking for tracking information or an ETA, and I was told there is none as it's been posted from Switzerland! Wish I'd known sooner. I definitely don't recommend this company and won't be using them again.

My order took over 5 weeks to arrive. Thought I was ordering from Ireland but upon shipping found out it was coming from Switzerland, still doesn’t explain 6 weeks, not the companies fault though. Initially contacted the company and they took a few days to reply but offered to resend. Finally received it though and it’s good quality.

I received my Leather dog Collar and Dog Tag yesterday- the collar itself is fantastic quality and the color is lovely. The Tag itself is really good metal material, large enough to be read and looks great on the collar.
There was a slight delay in the shipping due to covid but when I inquired with customer service they were right back to me offering solutions if I did not get it in the next few days. I ended up receiving it the next day. I was highly impressed by how responsive they were and how good the customer service was.

I will be using them again 100%.

Easy to use website. Bought a tag before and it is still perfect. Dog tag arrived yesterday and am very happy with it.

Received our dog tag this morning. Delighted with it. Went for the gold heart one. Really good quality. It took two weeks to arrive as all post seems to be delayed but it was worth the wait!

I just got the bone tag for my labrador Jessie . It is a great size and her name is very clear and plenty room for my name and number on the back . It is very strong which is important as she is also outside playing. It comes in a lovely pouch if it is going to be a gift .

Beautiful tag and presented so nicely in a little pouch. Love it. It was delayed in the post due to covid and christmas but staff were so helpful and kind. Delighted, will order again in the future.

Product is very well done .I got the black bone tag with white print. It's great quality. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'd definitely recommend this company. I'll be purchasing again in the future.

Ordered a gold bone engraved. It’s perfect. Comes in a lovely pouch for presentation. 10/10. Would order again! Was a bit delayed because of post at the moment but customer service were great and responded so quickly.

After buying multiple aluminium tags from pet shops all broke in a short period of time. "Dogtags.ie" offered steel tags ideal for a large and very active retriever. Also being able to put information on both side of the tag is great too rather only one side.
I am extremely satisfied the quality, it is second to none, their prices are very competitive when you take into account an aluminium costs €10 and for a SMALL bit more you receive a quality product built to last.

Very easy transaction. Item fab. Very happy . Would highly recommend . Will buy from again .
