Spot on. Bike is fantastic and service excellent too.

It is about a year now since I picked up my Dolan ADX Titanium Disc with Ultegra.

What a fantastic bike and a fantastic company to buy from. Helpful in the showroom when I placed the order, when I asked questions during the build and when I picked up the bike. It had been built and prepared to the highest standards.

The bike itself is a fantastic ride and extremely comfortable - I am in my fifties, and I rode the bike 125 miles one day this summer - it felt as comfortable after 120 miles as it had when I started. And it looks great too.

Staff were friendly and helpful right through from placing the order to collecting the bike. Bike was ready within 30 days of placing the order (as Dolan suggested it would be). The quality of the frame and build is excellent, even more so when you see how competitively priced they are.

Dolan ADX Disc: great service and bike fit, bike was ready within the time scale promised, after 40 plus years of cycling it was time to ride a Titanium with 28's. Great ride, the rough roads feel dampened down without losing speed, very comfortable. Handling is great and very responsive, I went for the 105 spec which is great for a winter all round bike. Plus it looks good, I would highly recommend the Dolan team are always helpful and the price is always good!

This was my first proper bike purchase and it couldn't have been easier, a friend recommended the Dolan GXC and helped me pick out all my components. The Military Green is beautiful in person, slightly different from the website pictures, but very nice! John was great at letting me know when my bike would arrive and the 'next day delivery' after dispatch was so good!

From the minute I walked into the showroom I was made to feel welcome and there was no pressure at all for me to buy anything. All the bikes were beautifully made, I decided on the Tuono 12 speed Di2 in a beautiful blue n grey. I was told 30 working days and on the 30th day my bike was dispatched. The bike is absolutely stunning and everything I had hoped for, it rides great and the 12 speed Di2 is so smooth. Thoroughly recommend Dolan to anyone, great bikes, great service and fantastic value for money!!

Decided to go with Dolan for my first Gravel after much research. I've collected the bike and since bought the same bike for my wife. We had a couple of minor issues picking a bespoke colour and Dolan could not have been more accommodating. The bikes are a quality product and up there with any of my other branded bikes. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Dolan has featured among the greatest bespoke frame makers for decades. When looking for a new carbon frame, I gravitated toward this UK firm.
It might be a bit old fashioned of me, but I think its important to utilise local talent. Dolan is famed for supporting 'serious' cyclists. IMO that kind of thing shouldn't be overlooked.
Selecting frame size was tricky. I would of made my way to Dolan for a bike fitting, but I've sold my car (one less car is better for the environment). After studying the frame dimensions, I found my physique placed me midway between L and XL. So, I opted to size down and ordered the Large.
Waiting for the bike to arrive took for ever - at least in my head. But Dolan were true to their word, and actually delivered exactly as predicted.
I'm 188cm tall. The Large fits perfectly, with one caveat. The stem is too short. When I'm out of the saddle, my knees 'just' kiss the handlebars. I have since ordered a long 150mm stem (very hard to source).
The L'Etape is very light, and responsive. Its stable, handling very well. I couldn't be happier with the bike. It's very similar to a classic steel bike in the way it feels, but with the major benefits of modern materials. It is perfect for training, racing, or club rides.
I have fitted DT Swiss wheels, but other than that, I don't anticipate changing any components on the bike. I ordered Shimano 105 components, and they work just fine. I don't understand why some people are sniffy about 105 - snobs I guess.
I will definitely order from Dolan again in the future. I will almost certainly be looking to buy a race bike in 2023. Supporting my local maker is completely the right thing for me to do.

Had a very positive experience buying a bike from dolan bikes, the whole thing was easy start to finish with any correspondence being answered within a few hrs. The bike arrived in just over a month and is amazing, looks great and rides really well. Thanks dolan.

Used the website to source a bottom bracket for my bike, very good selection of items and very competitively priced. After enquiring and ordering I needed to source some bolts, I emailed my enquiry and I received a reply from Sam, who was extremely helpful, he popped a couple into my order at no extra cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future, I will be looking to get my next bike from them.

Having only ever bought an “off the shelf” bike, it was a bit of a different experience going into to the showroom which could be a bit overwhelming. John was excellent in terms of explaining the different components and pros/cons of each.

The bike was available to collect slightly ahead of schedule and it seemingly built to perfection. Would 100% return to Dolan for my next purchase.

ADX Titanium 105 Di2.
170km so far in wet and dry and rides like a dream. Very smooth rolling tubeless with the first Mavic upgrade. Di2 seamless operation and the full length mudguards are a hit- with my now dry feet and with my mates, who now have to sit on my wheel!

Purchased a Dolan Pre Cursa Track Bike and changed /added components during purchase Process. John from Dolan kept me in the loop at all stages of the build and even called me to discuss changing a component that would be more suitable on the Bike build. John also contacted me to ensure that my bike arrived and was OK and that I was Happy with Bike. Superb service from Dolan at all steps in the process. I will now use Dolan to Buy all my parts for this bike knowing I will get a first Class service from Dolan. Totally recommend Dolan Bikes

My new bike is a Dolan FXE fixed gear. I bought it on the cycle2work scheme which Dolan bikes guided me through from original application to delivery of my lovely new bike. They were also very helpful with all the little custom touches I wanted! I cannot recommend them enough and am sure I will be a returning customer!

Took delivery of my new Dolan GXT last week & rode it at the weekend. The ti frame is beautiful, the whole bike looks amazing. Really pleased with my purchase & customer service particularly when they managed to get it to me a couple of days early to ride this weekend. 😀

I’ve had my Dolan GXT for a couple of months now and very impressed. Rides really well, the Ti taking some of the buzz off the trails. Fast on/off road and the frame looks amazing (imho). Service from Dolan can’t be faulted kept me up to speed with progress after order and followed up post collection. No complaints

From purchase of my bike, to seeking advice for fitment of an aftermarket part and for replacement parts due to my own error. Dolan have been excellent.

For my Purchase, I had some specific requirements and the Staff at Dolan had no hesitation in doing. This included fitting my own preference saddle , Pedals and Bar Tape. They also got the bike ready a couple of weeks earlier that expected.

I sought advice, regarding the fitment of a Tailfin Bike rack, to ensure compatibility with the product. They came back straight away with the advice and even asked for feedback on how it and the bike performed.

Finally, I had a mishap with my Mudguard's damaging the front one and without question they offered a replacement.

I can't recommend Dolan enough, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Bike.

I was looking for a new bike and after a lot of research I liked the look of the Dolan ADX disc. I took a drive to Dolan Showroom and after some very good advice from John I ordered the bike on the website. As stated in the order the bike was ready for collection within the 30 days. Through out the order process I was kept up to date with a couple of changes due to out of stock items which I agreed to. When I went to collect the bike i couldn’t have been more happier with it. Only had the bike less than a week and I am racking the miles up such a smooth and comfy ride.
Thank you to all the staff at Dolan, this is the 1st bike from you and and won’t be the last.

I was looking for a new bike, one that was more endurance based. On looking around, I realised most of the usual suspects were offering such bikes, but the ability to tailor the build to my own specific requirements was limited.
As I my winter bike is a Dolan I thought I'd take a look at their range and came across the Tuono. It met all of my requirements including the ability to build the bike up just as I wanted.
I made a trip to the Dolan showroom to check the bike out in the flesh and came away very impressed.
I then placed the order for the bike which was quite easy. I did have a couple of build related questions which Dolan dealt with very quickly and thoroughly so the whole process was very good.
The bike came dead on schedule and was everything I had wanted. The unboxing video on YouTube was also very helpful but it's not a challenging issue to put the bike together.
Having now ridden the bike I'm buzzing with it. It looks great and rides equally well.
In short, a fantastic outcome all ways round.

This bike is fantastic. Just taken delivery of my second one (first one unfortunately got crunched by a car) and I could not be more happy with it. I opted for the new Shimano Ultegra Di2 groupset this time which, after my first couple of rides, seems sublime. The upgraded Deda carbon handlebars are light and comfortable, and the Alpina 50mm carbon wheels are smooth and fast. On top of this the team at Dolan were extremely helpful in ordering and delivering the bike. No complaints at all, only praise, for the bike and the company.
