I ordered the Ocean Kiss Set…

I ordered the Ocean Kiss Set Necklace+Bracelet on23/3/26 paid £30.00. For it I got a text saying it would be Delivered 1/4/26 when it was Delivered it was an empty plastic bag, with a piece of Cardboard in it, I want my Necklace and Bracelet, sent out to me ASAP or I am putting it in the hands, of the OMBUSMAN This is NO WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS

Used Items Sent as New — Avoid Dolbrook!

I ordered three bracelets from Dolbrook — one silver and two gold — as birthday gifts. To my disappointment, all three arrived in poor condition. The links were tiny and clearly used, and the gold plating was already wearing off. These were supposed to be gifts, but my friends had to return them to me because they were unwearable and looked secondhand.

I contacted Dolbrook immediately but received no response. Only after opening a case with PayPal did they finally reply — offering me a measly 30% refund and telling me to keep the damaged items. I refused and requested a full refund, offering to return the products. They responded with a U.S. return address but refused to cover the shipping costs.

It’s outrageous that a company would send out used, poor-quality items and then expect the customer to pay to return them. This was a terrible experience from start to finish — poor quality, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. I will never order from Dolbrook again and strongly advise others to stay away.

I wanted to return the Boldheart…

I wanted to return the Boldheart Bracelet because it is cheap quality and the gold color is more bronze than gold. Contacted them several times via email, text and called number provided, the number is a fax! No response at all, so I mailed it back...this morning I received the packaged unopened. Very disappointed and such bad customer service. Do not order from this company, Return policy is a joke!!!

Ridiculous scam

£31 for a chain, found the exact chain on AliExpress for less than £3. Delivery took forever too, much longer than AliExpress. Can't believe I got scammed by these clowns.

Bracelet never received…

I ordered A bracelet 3rd march 25 ,still waiting on my order .
I have emailed them a few times , no one has got emailed back.
I tried tracking my order without success it doesn't recognize the order number or the tracking number which makes me think it's been a scam

Would not recommend buying from them

Ordered 3 pieces last year no problems until one literally fell apart after a couple of times wearing it. I have been unable to get in touch with the company, all the emails fail and they have not responded to my face book messages. I would not recommend buying from them.

Just no!

Just no.

Ordered a £35 piece on from, what I believed to be, a US company. Wasn't shipped for over a week. Received the 'piece' after another week (more actually), shipped from China. Quality is of item seriously questionable, probably worth about £5 from Amazon or similar. Even the packing was poor.

Avoid like the plague!

No delivery...no customer care..fake company?

Having sent 5 emails regrading an order (3 bounced back as undeliverable) and no answer to the other two, combined with a message "in transit" for the umpteenth time, when you check on the tracking which I've being checking for the last month, I've come to the conclusion that this is just a scam that I've fallen prey too.
Mental note to me.. do a little more research before ordering from dodgy websites!

I ordered my jewelry on Dec 31

I ordered my jewelry on Dec 31. It's now January 29th. I have not received the piece yet. This was meant as a gift for January 27. Unfortunately that day has come and gone. It's been on the go for over 4 weeks. It was held up in customs for 14 days, but customs says it was cleared January 23rd. Why did it just sit there? Anyway, I will leave a review of the product if I ever get it.

Update on my order. I did receive my order and I was pleasantly surprised. The bracelet was beautiful....however I was browsing through Temu later that even and there was the bracelet..for 5.00. Now I'm soooo disappointed 😞

Couldn't recommend this company more. Their jewelry is top notch and customer service even more impressive. There was a mix-up with my order (my fault), they quickly resolved it and I got the gift my my mom just in time!
