RUN! Customer service is very slow and I ordered 4 different colors of the same items. And received all of the same color. The plug-in they are using on there website glitched or is not working properly and when I tried to resolve the issue with them they asked for me to pay the return shipping? Definitely not doing that when It is their issue. Highly disappointed

Button broke off after only the first wear. I’ll stick to Calvin Klein brand dress pants for this price.

Should being an option for a 0 star. This is a zero star company. Run... don't walk to another site! They have terrible customer service. They don't refund your money. They're a scam. I gave them several opportunities before posting this, to honor their products and provide refund or at least store credit. There is no US address so if you mail your stuff back to Italy, that's great. But You may never see your refund.

Heart Shaped Locket & Chain. I thought from the advertisement and the website that the heart sizes were going to be a little bigger and more eye catching. but I was deceived. The hearts are small and if anyone was to pull them, they feel like they could snap. the key for the heart locket, there is only one, no spare, i thought it would've been attached to the locket. so if i lose the key I'm stuck with it on, unless i want to get a skill saw and cut it off. All in all i'm just not happy with my purchase, for the price and what i actually got, i could've gotten something similar at the smex shop for cheaper and better quality. Thank you for your time and attention on this matter. Also it took forever to get here, I order this at the beginning of February. today is March 6, 2025 when i received it.

I love my shirts. I read the comments and I see nothing but complaints. Let me be the first to tell you that the signature long sleeve and shirt sleeve polos that I purchased fit great and look great. Yes they are form fitting so make sure you have the body to display before you purchase one of these shirts. Overall great shirts. I have not tried the pants but I am going to get a pair of those next. Price is reasonable for the quality of the shirts. I highly recommend.

We ordered two pants on 14 February, and we still haven't received anything. The status of the order had not changed from the beginning, so we wrote an email on 20 February, to which we got a reply saying "Since it’s been a week without any new tracking updates, we’ve already contacted the shipping carrier to check on the progress of your order. We’ll follow up with you as soon as we have more information.". I wrote them two more times, and as you may have already guessed, nothing changed. We received no email back, order status is still the same, so I am guessing we will never see our order!

Absolute rubbish and scammers. I ordered one polo shirt for my partner, wanted to give it as a gift and the only thing I got was - 52£ from my card and nothing else. Don't buy anything from them!!!! I tried to contact them through their email address but never received a response. I also did not receive confirmation of my order and my order number. They only took the money from my card. Be careful, these are scammers.

I received a damaged item, with a cut tag, wrong size, and likely previously worn shirt. This is obviously their fault. Customer service has obviously not read my request for them to make it right. Do not deal with this company!

Awful experience all around. First, they shipped XS shirts when I placed an order a Large. Pant material feels like paper and extremely cheap quality. I paid a lot of money for this order and they are trying to get me to keep the items because it would cost me more to return the items. Never again! Terrible experience!

Total scam, bad material, tag ripped off

STAY WELL CLEAR.. Horrendous quality, trousers turned up with stitching all over the place and missing stitching between the legs.. no offer for a refund or return even though I sent photos of proof.. really disappointed & will never buy from thete again 👎👎👎

Purchased for my husband, it got delivered to the wrong address, I never received it. They will not give me my money back. But if I pay another 10$ they will resend it too me. Yeah right. I will be contacting my bank.

Very poor quality, and nothing is Slim fit as they advertise, a total scam don't waste your money like i did.

Placed an order by mistake. Asked immediately to cancel / refund it. I got an email the next day saying they had put it on hold to confirm i wanted to cancel. I've emailed 3 times since confirming/instructing the order to be canceled and not had a single response

I come from Poland I read this opinion and I don’t know what’s a problem people have with this Company becasuse I have 2 shirts and 2 sweaters and Im realy happy nice quality and size for me it’s perfect

I ordered two trousers and one t-shirt from this company, which took over six weeks to arrive. When the items finally came, they were the **wrong size**, despite my providing proof of their error. The company then demanded **£25 to return the incorrect items**, which is entirely unreasonable given it was their mistake.

When I referenced consumer rights policies and requested a proper resolution, they stopped responding to my emails entirely. I had to consider taking **legal action** just to get my money back. I no longer want these products, but the company refuses to accept a return unless I pay the £25 fee.

This experience has been appalling from start to finish. Their customer service is **unresponsive** and dismissive, and their return policies are completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.
