Hi,
My luggage damaged during my travel with Air Baltic flight. After writing for damaged luggage, I started to make a cooperation with Dolfi1920. In a short time, they made me choose a new luggage, and send it to my address. Unfortunately, our local customs regulationas, I couldn't take from the customs nad the luggage was send back. We considered about solutions and Dolfi1920 send again the luggage to my son's address. Approximately during three months, whenever I write, Dolfi1920 responses earliler, presents solution offers, approaches kindly. Many thanks.

Terible service!!! Waiting time for everything is super long!!! Case processes for a month! I am waiting for a new bag for over 3 weeks now and no info when I can expect it! I would never recommend using them ever agin!!!

I must reiterate that I cannot afford to wait any longer. I kindly ask that you process the payment immediately. I have already been waiting for five months, and this ongoing delay is unacceptable. Additionally, I believe compensation is warranted due to the prolonged wait.
Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves, and show respect for your client by resolving this promptly. The service thus far has been disappointing.
