my account was banned, i only tried signing via email only as i was redirected by another site and i didn't put password and suddenly my account was banned for violation, please how can this be fixed. i need my account back.

I created a new account after losing my loot.tv funds ( i was cashing out to dollah.co ), so I made a new loot.tv account as well as a new dollah.co account, but I was banned because I made a new dollah.co account. I had no plan of "violating the terms of service." Can i get unbanned?

I just joined dollah two days ago and like always I'm skeptical if a new gpt site and its offer are legit and working correctly. Sign up was done without traps in seconds - a little welcome gift of 0,10c already credited from the sites owner - site is simple, you see a bunch of offers and as usual for gpt the offerwalls and sourvey partners - much offer but also clear and straight overview of the needed site action like profile, device selection and withdraw. the site also has a daylie leaderboard running and some daylie tasks where you can grab some extra coins.
I started with a casino offer from an offerwall , reward 15k coins equals 15 usd. The reward was credit to dollah after about 2hours after completion and as I expected the reward was on hold for me to be credited, as I'm fresh user. But here dollah makes a different to his customers because you have the option to send in proofs of offer completion which is done by email. I asked at the onsite chat how long this will take and within a minute a MOD replied that they work on within 24h. 3h later the reward was credited to my account and i raised my first withdrawal request via ltc crypto. Minimal amount is very low. Withdrawal is not instant but it was released about within 5 minutes to blockchain and notified via onscreen status update,The site also has a few featured offers which are from the site owner picked and serviced on 1st level - as I had a question regarding one offer description I raised a chat again and was in touch with a mod who could answer my specific question, something I missed on other gpt sites, as i made experience that support cant give further or detailed infos on their featured offers. So I was suprised again about the dollah team who is doing all best to take care about the users individual questions. Also the sites owner is in touch with the users in the onsite chat, is very interested in users feedback and in things what the users want to have on the site in future. So, now on my second offer which was a featured one, i would also experience somethings i never had on gpt before: i finished the offer this morning and went to bed, in expectance that when i get up the offer should have paid to dollah - is on hold and i can send the screenshots in which i had already captured in the morning. back on site nothing has changed - no notification ... and I thaught ok - something you experience also on other gpt sites, nothing unusual, not nice - worse case no reward or never ending ticket over a bunch of weeks for that the sites owner can solve with advertiser partner. But I was wrong! First the offer was not presented anymore on the site and as I scrolled on chat history there was a info / feedback from sites owner, that some offers have tracking issues and they will be checked and rewarded shortly. that the offer also was removed due to support is investigation the issue, and that after users report,thats something i really missed before - that offers which not work are removed from site again until fixed - ok - that affected users will be credited shortly is at this point just an information - i will wait what will happen...so i will try to come to an end now as I didnt want to compose a roman, but I thaught its just fair to raise such a detailed review because I think dollah and his team is working hard and with passion on their young service in a branch where it is not easy to top out from others - but they already doing things better than other gpt sites and I hope that they will keep their high standards and maybe get also better in future. In the end I have to thank Larry for his loyality who credited the offers reward without any discussion within seconds - no ticket - no waiting over weeks. Again - never seen before! So for me i have no negative about dollah.co but some positives I didn't excpected before at all and suprised me really. So ... no doubts about starting my next offers and earn some coins ...

Great app earning app

Literally the best site to earn cash. Been using numerous sites such as FreeCash, Scrambly, etc and by far this is the best site I have ever used. I had an issue with two offers on their wall, I inquired in chat and the owners quickly got in touch and escalated it to the ones who paid out the offer. Despite the time zone difference, they solved it in a timely manner, and I have already been paid out for one of the offers I had an issue with and will be paid for the other one soon. They are very friendly, and they will not send automated/ copy and paste replies the pr1cks at FreeCash or other sites send and take days to respond or weeks even to resolve an issue! Will be continue using this website to earn some free crypto!
