Im yet to recieve my order which was placed on 7/8/2025.

Order fulfilled promptly.

The staff at Virginia went above and beyond, they were so helpful with my online order.

My receipt shows $43.90, however my bank statement shows that $44.30 was deducted.
When I tried to make a complaint, the number listed was uncontactable and the website came up with "Restricted Access. Sorry you can't visit our store from your current location" (an Australian location where there is a shop in town).
This whole business smacks of FRAUD!

I was really impressed with the price & high quality of the items. Delivery was also quite fast & when I needed to call to make a request they were easy to get through to & accommodating. The one negative which would have affect my rating if it were not for the great customer service on the phone was that I emailed customer service directly after my order was made to specify a couple of things but they never responded. Great to know though that you can get straight through on their contact number. I will definitely order again, I’m very happy.

Not happy I was automatically debited before 100% agreeing to your expensive shipping cost.

One of the items I ordered was out of stock so they called me to ask if I wanted receive a refund or if I would like another item instead. I was able to order another item.

Sin loves this shampoo and conditioner couldn’t find it in Woolies or Coles. Found it in line ordered and it arrived quickly and well packed so not leaking 👍

Excellent customer service. The staff made every effort to find what I wanted checking at all the stores. Responded and called back as promised. I received all items I wanted even though I didn’t get the whole set but the item I didn’t get was the least I wanted. Thank you.

Great price, excellent communication, fast to process and ship. On receiving my purchase, it was great quality, the perfect size for what we needed. My only complaint was the cost of shipping but that's unavoidable!
