Excellent customer service. They contacted me via email and phone regarding a question with my order and they shipped it priority (without me even asking) over the weekend to ensure that it reached me by Christmas Eve. What a wonderful company. AND the clothes are adorable :)

Clothing for every occasion! The clothes are brighter and cuter than their website images. I received my granddaughter’s clothes pressed and neatly stacked on a diagonal in a Christmas box enveloped in tissue. Marvelous presentation! Marvelous clothes! One item was out of stock. Looking for a credit.
One item was out of stock. No info if it would be coming at a later date or not. The invoice shows all items charged for even the out of stock item. I sent an email asking for a clarification. Also asked for a new invoice showing only products received. I only want to pay for what I received. I have heard nothing from them.
Very poor customer service.
