Was so looking forward to receiving my reborn, cost me over £200 and the one I received was NOTHING like the one I ordered,
It was the total opposite, and the picture of the one I ordered was on another site, so they stole the picture from them,
Told me they never come out the same as the one you order, I said but totally different mine had straight blonde hair and this has dark curly the face is nothing like the one I ordered, awful company just wish I had read the reviews, it would have saved me a lot of money

This company is a scam! The product pictured is not what you get! You can’t get a live person and the company is listed as California however they force you to return- at your own expense to China. They know people can’t afford to spend hundreds to ship to China so they got you and your money.They are the lowest form of human life and take money for misrepresentation of products! First of all saying it is the same doll and will look better with clothes on. Then offering 10% refund, then 20% etc. they have finally said after my claim was escalated it can be returned but I will have to cover the cost of shipping. FAKE PICS ON WEBSITE. DO NOT TRUST!
Bought 3 dolls on Nov. 27th 2024 ($643,46 total) as Christmas presents for my 3 daughters. The company shipped them the next day but divided the shipment in 2 packages: the one with 2 dolls arrived after 2 weeks but unfortunately the dolls look NOTHING like the pics/videos advertised on their website; the package with the other doll still hasn't arrived (it's January 9th).
I wish I could post pics to show the difference, it is UNACCEPTABLE, especially for that much money.
The only way to contact them is via email, but of course their answers are always the same "be patient" or "they are artisianly made so of course they're different from pics on website". Simply absurd.
Stay away!!!

I ordered a doll from this company and here I was thinking like the picture nope when I got it it looked like a doll picking up from a Walmart shelf. I talked to customer stating my option and want my money back. They told me that " I can't not send the doll back because I would have to pay alot to ship it back to China they said I will give you 10% on your refund and you can keep the doll I said nothing I couldn't believe they would have the gull to say that. I said I paid 186.00 for this and you are going to give me 10% on my refund and keep your crappy doll they came back and said ok 20% and keep the doll here I am thinking figuring amounts in my mind I said fine so today Jan 7 I get a email saying you got your refund oh boy 38.00 for my refund your company should be out of business. Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Customer service was awful. Had to hound them to get back the extra money I paid (upon their request) for expedited shipping. It took a month for them to even get the doll in transit. I’m on email 14 now asking when the doll will be shipped, for my shipping payment to be returned, and/or return information (the doll came so late I can’t use it anymore). They respond to my emails but refuse to give me return information. They simply evade the question. Doll cost around $300CAD. Very disappointing.

Well what can I say about dollreborns.
extremely disappointed and angry with the quality of the doll it ruined my daughter Christmas as when she opened her doll the mouth was split on both sides I reported this to dollreborns and was offered a 10% discount when I asked to return the doll they refused to pay for return and offer a 20% discount which i was not happy with and then one of the doll fingers broke off leaving my daughter once again very upset I reported the finger and once again pushed for a full refund which they refused offering a 25% refund which i reluctantly agreed to which meant I should of received £44.99 but they only sent me £33.91 = a less 20% refund whilst I was doing this my husband checked them out on trust pilot and they have a 99% negative review i wished I had checked before buying

Utter waste of money
Spent a small fortune on a doll as a Christmas present for my daughter.
Paid for the larger doll at 18” and also paid extra for rooted hair.
The doll I received is 12”, the hair is atrocious and Almost non-existent and it looks absolutely nothing like the doll I ordered.
I’ve emailed the company twice using the email address they keep giving everyone on here, left a review on their page and commented a number of times on Facebook posts but they’re just ignoring my communication.
I’m now left with a doll that is utterly terrifying and my daughter will not play with it!
Please don’t waste your money buying from this company. They’re con artists!

I am give them an above average rating on my purchase
I am above average satisfied with my purchase. However, they made a couple of small mistakes. The eye color of my doll was suppose to be Blue, but I got Hazel instead. The other thing that was off was the texture of the hair. It was curly and nappy instead of straight. I combed it straight with oil and water now. Overall, the doll looks very similar to the picture. I am happy with my purchase.
