The doll I ordered and the doll I received are not the same, I was lied to and cheated by their false advertising. I wish I could post a picture of the horrible doll I received vs the beautiful one showed in the advertisement. Never again Dollreborns!

The doll is satisfactory
I bought this baby doll for my granddaughter on her 7th birthday. She was flabbergasted once she saw the baby. Everyone at the birthday celebration was in aww with how realistic the baby doll looked. The doll arrived sooner than expected and this studio reached out to make sure I received it.

Ordered a baby boy doll. They sent a baby girl doll with
long hair. Sent them a detailed email along with pictures to show what I received verses what I ordered. Their reply was that it was same doll. Finally said I could send doll back, but would have to pay for mailing it back. That cost was as much as the doll. Their final
solution was to refund me 20% and for me to keep doll.
They do not always send you what you ordered, so I suggest you do not spend your money to order from this company. They are not professional or honest in sending you what you order.

The doll I bought didn’t look like the one I ordered in fact it had such a sad face that itt was scary. My husband said it looked like chucky’s bride! Throughly disappointed and the only solution they could find was 10% discount.

The doll I ordered was $400. When I received a doll in the mail, sent from CA, it looked absolutely nothing like the doll I ordered from the website. I do not want this cheap bait and switch doll. I have been told I must mail it to China if I want to return it. That is not where it was mailed from. They started off offering me 10% to keep the doll. Then 20%. this is a scam.

Update: After getting nowhere with return of this monstrosity the best I was offered is 30% refund. I accepted this, but more lies… not happened and now blocked from Facebook page and unable to message. SCUMBAG SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

This company claims to make realistic baby dolls when in fact, they are made of cheap, inflexible vinyl, similar to dolls sold in a dollar store. The face on the doll is not soft or pliable and could not hold the pacifier or bottle it came with, the head is disproportionally large, the and the arms, fingers, legs and toes are stiff, it has two belly buttons, and is made of separate jointed pieces--not whole like a body. Lastly, the doll is hideously ugly and scary. It creeped my granddaughter out so badly that she didn't even want to look at it.
It arrived from a Franklin Park, CA, address wrapped in a taped up plastic bag. I immediately emailed to request a full refund. They apologized for "inconvenience" and tried to convince me to keep it. I traded back and forth several emails, finally to be told I'd get a partial refund (at an unknown future date) and I'd have to pay to have it shipped to: Mr Tang, Room 501, Building K, Huayue Low Carbon Industrial Park, Pingdi-Sub District, Longgang District, Shenzhen City, 5118117 Guangdong Providence, China!
This company poses as an American made company and produces crappy dolls. I'm reporting this company to the BBB and hope they're quickly put out of business. These scammers will no doubt just turn around and open a new one with a different name to continue to take advantage of consumers.

Save your money, do not order from this company!!!!! The product I received vs what they advertised aren't even comparable, the quality is no different than any other doll you can get at your local Walmart. Do not order from this website. They are a scam! I have been waiting for more than two weeks to get a tracking number. They keep sensing the same message but no information about when it is shipping.
