Received exactly what I paid for in a very short period of time. This was the only place I could locate the dollhouse in question that was sold out by major retailers. Usually online purchases take forever to arrive in our rural location but the speed was exceptional in this case.

Great website and communication
My order was packed within 15 minutes of my placing the order at midday, and arrived within 3 business days to Melbourne.
The DIY kits I ordered were all packaged very securely, and everything arrived in perfect condition.
I’d order from them again when I finish building what I’ve bought.
I particularly enjoyed the automated updates for the order confirmation, packing, shipment, tracking and delivery.

Quick delivery, but disappointing doll's outfit
Doll's outfit was delivered quickly, however the sleeves on the coat were too tight, making it very difficult to dress/undress the doll, to the extent that I think my 7-year-old granddaughter will not use the coat.

Great Selection of Dollhouses delivered with Great Customer Service
This is the only place in Australia that I could find this unique open sided dollhouse made by HABA. I live in America and knew that it was the dollhouse my 2.5 year old granddaughter (who lives on the Gold Coast) would love. I ordered it at a very competitive price and it was delivered within 5 days. Thanks for your wide selection and great customer service. I only wish you carried more of the adorable HABA dollhouse accessories.
