I won a bonus game from a slot and it doesn't add to my account, I contacted the customer service three times and everytimes I have to repeat the same steps, they got no record. I have to find all the evidence and I got all the evidence so show them yet, they just said they raised to other department and I never get my money back!

The layout was good, the games were fun, when the games paid they paid good. Had a little win, put in a withdraw request a couple of days ago, woke up this morning to have a little flutter on the pokies cause I didn't withdraw all winnings and boom can't access the site no longer. They don't reply to emails to say what's going on. Very disappointing Dolly Casino, withdrawals I think need more options but can't play it anymore anyway. I'm giving you a 1 star because it seems funny how I withdraw then couple of days later it no longer available.

Customer support never responded to my emails, and my account was suspended without explanation. Withdrawals took much longer than stated, and the process felt very opaque. I would not use this casino again.

I would say yes, good casino in Terms of winnings but every time I attempt to withdraw my winnings all I get is rejected or cancelled, no one on the live chat can give me a straight answer, the dollycasino WhatsApp chat doesn’t respond, the person that supposed to be my personal vip on WhatsApp has not once responded to me, support emails get ignored, I’ve been trying to withdraw my winning for over a week and not one of them have come through, main excuse is “it’s your payment manager” whatever the fk that’s supposed to mean, Dollycasino, you best respond before I seek legal advice! Now I will explain why: The easiest site to take your deposit but the absolute hardest to withdrawal.

So the withdrawal limits are very low be aware

The worst part is they constantly cancel your withdrawal to make you try and play with it again and again and to add more fire to it they don't let you know they are doing it you get no email or message saying it's been cancelled to date I have had a least 10 withdrawals cancelled and before they try to say verify your account etc., they actually paid some out in-between cancelling.

The customer service has also been terrible when I have been asking them for information in regard to the cancellations

I am just starting a case against them so I will keep you posted in the meantime DONT WASTE your money with them when you can use other sites which are far easier to withdrawal.

I’ve used Dolly for nearly two years, and it used to be really good — reliable, smooth, and trustworthy. Payouts used to take about a week, maybe a week and a half, but you always got your money.

Lately though, things have really changed. Payments are delayed for weeks, and every time you ask about it, you get a new excuse. One person says there’s a backlog, another blames your bank, then someone else tells a different story altogether. It just goes in circles.

It’s happened to me twice now — one payment took over two weeks, another almost three and I just gave up.... and I had to chase them up constantly. Honestly, it feels like they’re having financial issues. I’ve even got two active records under my Trecords username, and it’s just useless at this point.
I’d avoid using them. There are plenty of other good, established platforms out there that actually pay on time and communicate properly. Dolly used to be solid, but now it’s just not worth the hassle.

HOWEVER, this and the other casinos single handedly have the worst withdrawal system and as soon as I had a big 20k win, my vip lever dropped immediately after my 2nd withdrawal all the way down to level 1 so I can only withdraw 800 per day, and it still takes 3 days to do it.
