Sean was amazing when he came to see us and he clearly explained everything to us.
We live in an apartment and Paul and Steve arrived at 7.30am and totally respected that they couldn’t start any banging etc until 9.00am.
They did not stop working until they were completely finished at 6.00pm.
I cannot praise them highly enough for a 1st class job.
This was not a straight forward job.
My husband is a leg amputee and they made sure he could get in and out of the shower as easy as possible.
What an excellent service.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Firstly Dolphinwalkinshowers is not just a one word website address that can be easily changed. It is a unique registered UK Limited Company- Dolphin Walk in Showers Ltd. The Directors are listed and accounts are accessible at Companies House. This is an extra layer of customer protection. It is particularly important when several businesses are using similar names.

The Directors and main shareholders of the Company are hands on dealing with their customers and the service of the team is outstanding. All promises were fulfilled and in particular those of the fixed price, as advertised, and that the work to be completed within one day.

There was no need for high pressure sales. It was merely assurances that their very competitive prices did not mean inferior components. In fact a very expensive Mira shower was included.

Sean (Director) who visited us agreed that our architects original washbasin and vanitory unit should best be retained rather than trying to sell us a full bathroom replacement package instead of just the shower we were interested in.

Many, many thanks to the installation team who have co-ordinated their new shower area into the original design concept. We are now wondering whether the impressive marble seen in some hotels could be panels similar to those in our new shower!

An 8.00 am start was planned for the installation day and Paul and Steve arrive early and quietly unpacked their van until we invited them in. It was impressive how all components and tool boxes were organised in preparation for the start!

Entrance hall area, staircase and landing were protected with tight grip disposable covering.

Very impressed with safety considerations to avoid scalding (60C 140F) .Double protection offered from both the new Mira shower and our immersion heater thermostat to give safe showering between 35C to 50C. The gas boiler was off but also had its own thermostat and valve system controlling central heating and cylinder temperatures.

Guess we need to finish our designer bathroom with a new light fitting, refurbishing the washbasin and taps and perhaps covering a tired cork floor.
