Would give 6 stars if I could. Just used their DNS bot, its amazing. I don't understand thing about configuring my domain, but its still understands what I mean and makes it all work. Game changer!

NZ's finest. We love these guys, they really work for our business. We started using a domain and one google email address, not understanding how much better it is to use proper email. We've since dropped google mail and have everyone in the office with full synchronised calendars and email on their phones and laptops, mailing lists, auto responders for clients, plus private data storage, all in the same package. There is so much additional functionality they don't even advertise. We are about to switch to the corporate package which will save a full headcount so we can hire another salesperson. This is what small business needs, a solution that takes away the IT hassle so we can focus on our business

I live and work in New Zealand and wanted to go with a NZ-based company for my domain names, and chose Domain Name Company. I bought two, one for my personal business and one for my blog series. When it comes to IT and computer-related things I am a complete novice, so it was really wonderful for me to experience the great service from Domain Name Company. When I had queries they answered very quickly, always within one business day, and gave thorough and very helpful advice. They sent me a link so I could choose a hosting website for myself with good, clear, unbiased information about each. After I'd purchased hosting with one of the overseas sites (I couldn't find a NZ based one) they even set up the DNS links and all of that stuff that needs to happen for me and I didn't have to worry about anything. I'm really, really grateful for the service and I recommend this business to everyone needing a domain name, especially those who are technically-challenged like myself.

P.S. In the past I have used overseas-based companies for previous websites, both GoDaddy and NameCheap.com and I found their sites unbearably complicated and assistance when needed (often for me) was incomplete and tricky. The service offered by Domain Name Company far exceeds that offered by those sites in my experience.

Godaddy was a disaster, these guys were amazing. I bought three domain names and SSL certificates, they contacted me to ask who my website provider was. Turns out I didn't need the SSL certificates, they cancelled them and refunded the money. Never had a company look at what I needed instead of selling me everything they could

Registered a domain name without actually knowing what the next step was - it was the cheapest company I could find. Registration went very smoothly and then a few days later they contacted me saying they noticed I wasn't using the domain name and offering to help set it up (for free). They set up all the configuration settings for me so that I could use it with my shopify site. Now that's customer service!
