Excellent customer service, very prompt too.

Wonderful service from the Dome Team and the Sheikh from start to finish. The tour was highly informative and educational Islamically for all the holy sites visited and rituals undertaken. Enjoyed every day of the Umrah trip. Inshallah looking forward to booking another Umrah trip with Dome in the future!

Hajj 2023, an unforgettable journey. Me and my wife travelled for Hajj with Dome Tours, and we couldn’t be happier! Most, if not all prospective pilgrims in the UK, know about the new process of booking Hajj via the ministry’s platform… and it’s safe to say it was a bumpy ride. Alhamdulillah for Dome Tours and their team! Throughout the entire journey, from making our intention, to visiting the blessed lands in Makkah and Madinah, to returning home, we were guided by experts – whether it was webinars, seminars, talks delivered by the group Sheikh’s, guided walking tours, down to demo’s on how to pack your bag for Mina and how much money to take, no stone and no question was left unanswered. My goal was to make a journey to Allah, with little to worry about when it comes to logistics, planning and all the other boring but super important things in the background, so I could entirely focus on ibadah – this was achieved through the mercy of Allah and Dome Tours. If you want an unparalleled experience, gain substantial knowledge, focus on ibadah and all the other wonderful things we managed… then I highly recommend Dome Tours.

We received incredible support and guidance from Dome tours throughout our Hajj journey. The sheer scale of Hajj creates so many logistical difficulties but our guides steered us through with poise and compassion. We felt safe and looked after at all times and I would highly recommend Dome tours to all!

Overall Alhumdullilah our Hajj 2023 experience was amazing. Dome tours and the Dome guides did a great job in helping us though our journey. A big thank you goes to our Dome Guides on the DT 1000/1100 package, they did a brilliant job in ensuring that we were looked after every step of the way, from London to Medina to Makkah and back to London. We could not have asked for better guides!!!
However the one thing that needs to be improved is the Hajj application process which is managed by Nusuk. Dome tours did the best they can do to help with the application process but there were too many system errors and payment issues which Nusuk must fix to improve the process.

This year was my first year doing hajj or umrah, and after the horror stories I heard about Hajj last year I was very nervous and apprehensive. Alhamdulilah, Dome Tours exceeded all expectations. Before we even left the UK they weee taking care of us with an amazing seminar with a doctor and shuyookh available to answer any questions and the khutbah series to prepare us spiritually.
Whilst we were there, the Dome Tours team made everything so smooth for us from an organisational point of view and the team were always on hand for any support or guidance we needed. Also, having a sheikh with us every step of the way was such an amazing spiritual experience. They looked after us physically, spiritually and emotionally so we were truly able to focus on our Ibadat knowing that everything else is taken care of. I couldn’t recommend Dome Tours highly enough to anyone who is going on Hajj or Umrah - you won’t regret it, their dedication is second to none. May Allah reward the entire team for all their efforts and intentions, Ameen!

Going hajj alone I was very excited but a little apprehensive, Dome tours before, during and after my hajj journey were so helpful, reassuring and supportive. I have heard a lot of stories about people going to Hajj and they having problems with the company they went with or their guides but Alhamdulilah this wasn't the case with us. Alhumdulillah , dome tour has made our Hajj experience way better than expected. There were guides in every step. Reminder everyday to prepare us for the next day. Facilities everything so that we can focus on our ibadat. Walking tours with boss ARH was cherry on top. So much learning. They keep you engaged as much as possible. Highly recommend them.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Incredible service from the very start - we were kept more up to date by Dome Tours than Ministry of Hajj themselves! They need to hand over Nusuk to Dome Tours and watch it flourish. 2023 Hajj process was new to everyone, but Dome Tours were so reassuring, proactive and reliable!
