I had a very frustrating experience with Domondo. Just five days after installation, the custom-made blind I purchased suddenly fell off the window, causing multiple damages. I initially reported the issue promptly, specifying the part that was visibly damaged at the time, and provided all the requested details. Based on that, they agreed to send replacement parts free of charge.
However, after the product fell completely and further damages became evident, I updated my claim and requested either a full replacement or a refund. Their response was dismissive and inflexible. They refused to consider any new information, stating that only the initially reported damage would be covered—completely ignoring the fact that the fall revealed a much more serious issue with the product.
Their customer support was cold, bureaucratic, and solely focused on limiting their liability, rather than providing any real assistance. I acted in good faith, reporting issues as they became apparent, but was met with a complete lack of understanding.
I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable product or a customer service team that actually supports you when things go wrong. This was my first and last purchase from Domondo.
