I ordered parts from Domospare and had a really bad experience. Shipping was extremely slow, and when the package finally moved, it got returned because of their own mistakes. I tried contacting support, but they barely responded and never solved anything. Overall, the service feels unreliable, and I wouldn’t order from them again.
I should have read these reviews before ordering.
Despite paying for expedited delivery it took Domospare 1 week to initiate shipment and send me the shipping details. The item was returned by the courier because of a lack of paperwork and contact details. I waited another 2 weeks for Domospare to reship the item only for it to be held up by the courier in France as a "dangerous item". The courier investigated this and said Domospare had packed a loose lithium battery which seems very odd given I ordered a part that does not have or require a battery supply. Despite chasing Domospare for information they ignored my emails. I requested a refund and they continued to ignore my emails.
I reported this to my bank and the refunded the full amount. I've still not heard back from Domospare. Given the number of other reports online about this I suspect this is a scam. I've reported to the police in France and the bank is still continuing to investigate for fraudulent activity.
Don't use these people.
Unfortunately they are unreliable and do not respond to emails. They use the classic excuse that they tried to deliver the material to you but couldn't find you. Only following the threat of reporting to the Gendarmerie will they respond and refund you. Absolutely not recommended.
Purchase and payment on 08/15 and they did not respond to me despite numerous reminders until 10/06 following the threat of a complaint.
Purtroppo sono poco affidabili e non rispondono alle email. Usano la classica scusa che hanno provato a consegnarti il materiale ma non ti hanno trovato. Solo in seguito a minaccia di denuncia alla Gendarmeria ti rispondono e ti rimborsano. Assolutamente sconsigliati.
