Fake
Fake, scam. I wish I had taken the person who reported this fake academic aid business 6 days ago, seriously. First they charged for the service I requested, then a day later they said the "expert" a $300 textbook... For which I would be refunded back "80%"supposedly. That was a lie, as they did not even deliver the basic service-- they are not experts. Very poor customer service (are not timely at all responding unless money is involved and poor planning, also unless money is involved-- that was the red flag I should have settled with here). The "staff" all have very western and American names (walker, Walters etc), although they all have Indian accents and I think they are actually located in the U.K and not New Jersey, like they claim. They all might even be the same person, with the exception of a woman with a highly western name that is probably fake (Lisa Walker). They take advantage of desperate students and they use cashapp, Zelle, and other apps to scam. When I tried to get my refund, they said the only way they would give it back was if I became an "associate" with them (because they make money by scamming students). Over the phone, they told me the police nor the bank would be able to do anything. This is terrible. I will file a police report next, so this website can be be tracked. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! Take my lesson and experience as reference.
