My review is only average as it relates more to delivery. According to the despatch email it was sent 48hr royal mail tracked.
Nearly a week later it's due to be delivered tomorrow.
Not companies fault but maybe different delivery method.

Great customer service!
We purchased a clan hipflask from Donaldsons and requested if it was possible to have engraving in the style of a whisky bottle. The hipflask arrived, engraved just as we requested. Your rather horrible comment about our products is simply untrue. Our products are beautiful hand-made products and accessories made by expert craftspeople in Scotland, as ALL the other comments made here by our customers testify to.

I love the item
I love the item, packaging, authenticity card with fun facts, and the thank you card. It was stuck in customs for about a week, but it came in quickly after that.

Beautiful scarf in family tartan
Beautiful scarf in family tartan. Bought as a special souvenir gift for the grandmother of our Ukrainian guests. She wears a traditional headscarf while working outdoors and this will be an interesting variation on her Ukrainian designs.

Thanks for the review. The scarves we make are described as fine wool scarves and are made from 100% wool in a fine weave 8oz tartan cloth. We do have thicker scarves which are described as lambswool and the are the heavier scarves limited to a few tartans.
