I ordered two watches in September of…

I ordered two watches in September of this year. When they eventually arrived the 1st one had a broken clasp on the bracelet and the watch kept stopping and starting ( battery issues?) The second one had the same battery issues but this one, the main bracelet wouldn’t open unless you used a knife or a screwdriver?
I have been in constant contact with their customer CARE department but have had the complete runaround! 3 months and no further forward. What a joke!!

I ordered my watch it took a few weeks…

I ordered my watch it took a few weeks to be delivered it was apparently left outside my door which it never was! I have spent over 2 weeks emailing them to explain it was never delivered they have sent me a photo of where it was delivered which again it was never there and I received this 2 weeks after the delivery date and I’m now told to take it up with the delivery company as no refund will be made poor service all round
