Scammers! Subscribed me to regular donations without my approval. Can't understand why their operation is even possible in the EU. Shame.

This company is a FRAUD! The recipient will never get his money actually payed out. They show the money as received in the overview, but then won't pay it out. After a while they'll just entirely delete it from the account, as if it was never transferred. They'll just keep it for themselves. This is big time fraud and I will report them to the police!

Paragraph 3: The Company may delay for a necessary term, but in no case more than 90 days (“Investigation Period”), and/or cancel any collection of Donations from the User and/or the following payment to the Broadcaster for purposes of preventing unlawful activity or fraud, risk assessment, security, or investigation. In case if the Agreement between the Company and the Broadcaster was terminated during the Investigation Period, the Company reserves the right to delay the fulfilment of its obligations in respect of collection or cancellation of collection and/or following payment of Donations to the Broadcaster until the end of the Investigation Period. The Broadcaster may provide the Company the documentary confirmation of absence of unlawful activity or fraud for possible acceleration of the investigation.

Payout of one transaction has been blocked for 90 days.

Your payment will be investigated in order to prevent possible fraud within specified time period.

Please create a new ticket in 90 days 2024-10-16, if payouts are still unavailable on your account.

Got sent €25 and can’t even withdraw smh, keeps saying payout. Stay away from donation alerts 🤦‍♂️

Response time is awful between 12 hours and 2 days.
They can easily block transactions for 60 or 90 days.

When I tried to payout they locked my account and said they would need 30 days to review my account. After waiting 30 days they finally sent the money but still kept my account locked. For this I will give it 2 stars because although they did send me the money they still took 30 days and there is no case where that makes sense.

SCAM, can't withdraw

This site fraudulently set up my credit card as a repeating donation. Worse was charging my account 4-5 times a day. There is no way you can call,, text or email them. I had to cancel my card and file a fraud report. Going to mygym/donationalerts.com there is no page to stop this fraud.

They are scammers, or maybe some poor company with 3 noob workers, they frozen my money and keep asking for screenshots and many inforamtion from me and my donators. even after that they didn't let me access my money that i have earned.
it is really annoying and horrible experience.

Thieves, I send donation to a streamer and they frozen this transaction and due investigation don't give money recipient and don't refund to me!

Thieves, i got donate around 10 dollars, they said they need investigate and freeze my money for 90 days.

My withdrawals got blocked for 90 days upon using the site, and now that more than 90 days passed I am unable to access the sites support to get my withdrawals unblocked so my money is just stuck there. Use another service.

The baddest site in my life, blocked my donation for 90 days... just dont use it, save your money and time.

Trash website blocked my funds for 90 days for no reason

Blocked the withdrawal of funds at the first donation, said I had suspicious activity, and support sends cliched phrases or is silent at all.
