AVOID AT ALL COSTS
SIgned up. No verification needed. Played a bit and wanted to withdraw a tiny profit. Now they want verification. I have no photo ID, passport is expired but uploaded it anyway, it was rejected. Uploaded bank statements and prrof of address but cannot verifiy as their system requires phto ID, cannot even do a live selfie as the system demads you ulpload a document first and I haven't got any. Concated live support, going round in circles, emailed support they tell me without photo ID they will not help me. AVOID, they are scammers,hey will let you deposit but make it hard to withdraw. Taking this matter to the gambling commission

I deposited for a promotion on donbet, fulfilled all the criteria exactly how the terms and conditions asked. Didn’t receive my offer - contacted customer support who made up new terms and conditions that are written absolutely nowhere on the offer OR any terms and conditions on the entire website and are the polar opposite of what the offer actually states. Did not grant my bonus, also did not refund my deposit which they insisted i must wager to withdraw despite the fact that it was their mistake 😂. This casino is a joke, do not trust these frauds with your money they are willing to lose customers over 100 spins because of their own blatant error. Scam site. They don't let you withdraw your money unless you have gambled it ALL at least once at 1.3 x odds as a minimum. This is obviously ridiculous. They also charge a fee for each deposit you make. DO NOT DEPOSIT. Chat is fast but mostly unhelpful and sometimes rude. You will never see your money again if you play here.
